I have given this location so many chances, the heavy set young man with the mustache Enrique every time I come in there, he acts like I’m annoying him. I mean, Just.has no customer service and it’s annoying. Everytime I come in there, he messes up my order, not only that I asked him if he could ask the young man to move out front of the door with his dog and he wouldn’t told me he could do nothing about that. I will not visit this location again! DONE!!!

Whoever the manager was today at around 6 did not do her job properly my order was incorrect she gave attitude and tried to close the shop way before they were supposed to legally be closed she gave me attitude the entire time I was in the shop and when I realized my order was incorrect and tried to go back in the shop she locked the doors and mind you they wasn’t supposed to be closed yet still . She didn’t have time to fix my order while she was still on the clock but managed to fix herself a giant iced coffee while the store was still supposed to be open .

This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. The girl working drive thru didn’t get our order right at all, we got 2 Caramel coffees instead of 1 Caramel Coffee & a Pistachio Coffee. She took 10 min just to complete our entire order. She overfilled our coffees, causing it to spill in my car. Will probably not be returning.
