I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts, and I have to say, the customer service truly stood out. The staff was welcoming and greeted me with smiles as soon as I walked in. They were efficient and handled my order quickly, even during the busy morning rush. When I had a question about the menu, Santosh was knowledgeable and happy to help, which made the experience even better. My coffee and donut were exactly as I ordered, and everything was fresh and delicious.
I grabbed a cup of coffee to kill a little time before an appointment, and glad I did. I had a regular coffee that tasted great! It didn't taste funny or burnt like some other ones I have had at other places. Staff was really kind and helpful too.
Super nice staff the counter lady was a gem letting me use the washroom once when the other stores in the little strip wouldn't lol and dunkin is always great anyway. I've never had bad coffee here and it's always clean and quiet.
