Average Dunkin experience but I did feel quite bad for the only one staff working on a busy Saturday.

This is the best Dunkin’ in Chicago for 2025! It’s soo busy but the staff is so nice and professional! And they are always playing throwbacks it’s honestly fun to be in there which is why people actually work from in there sometimes. It is really busy but they use the number system and you can always see them working hard!

Really fast service even during busy time
I have been coming here for over a year and looking for alternatives. I would avoid this location. Inattentive staff, lackluster service to the point they don't seem to understand what customer service is about. Food service is the worst. Ordering a coffee Is only a 5 min wait... food 10 mins on a good day. Good luck!
On the one hand, it's Dunkin and I love Dunkin. On the other hand, it's currently two PM on a Tuesday in the busiest part of Chicago, and I'm currently sitting in this location waiting for my drink that I have already ordered and paid for, and there are no employees here.Sorry, I'm exaggerating. There is exactly one employee for the whole store and he was in the bathroom when I came in. How do I know this? Because after 5 minutes of waiting with 8 other bewildered customers in an apparently abandoned store, I walked into the back to make sure that there was no one injured back there and unable to answer our calls. This isn't the employee's fault. He was very nice, and sadly, probably completely humiliated for doing only that which must be done by all humans: using the bathroom.I don't expect Dunkin to read this, and I should not have to write it but I will anyway:If you can only open with one employee, you can't open. Simple as that. Not because people need to use the bathroom - which they do, and that's a good enough reason on its own - but because that single employee could have been hurt as I'd feared. You need at least two in a store to open. It's better for your customers and safer for your employees.
I worked here last year from January to March. It’s funny cause the manager Maria is racist she swear everybody is family. But I watch a Mexican worker get her job back. But I was trying to get my job back I couldn’t. I had to quit cause I kept getting sick and they did not care I had to get well the very next day and go to work rather I was sick or not. I had to open one store and close another one. I was cleaning up things that wasn’t cleaned for years until I got there. Not to say when I had to quit cause of my health I came to pick up my 2nd check and had to sign 4 write ups for being on my phone like everybody else. What I mean is everybody ah b on they phone even me. But it’s funny as soon as I quit I gotta sign write up for being on my phone. If you are black or white please do not work here they do not want us there. The Mexicans talk Spanish all day and secretly don’t like other blacks or whites. It’s funny how y’all got bad reviews.

Horrible location. I ordered an ice coffee and muffin on the app. Got there, muffins sold out. I had to ask the rude woman who waited on me if I could have a substitution. They grudingly gave me a coffee roll (had a HAIR on it; threw it away) and a blue berry donuts (stale; also threw away). Staff has a nasty attitude.

My iced coffees are never made right, my add one are non existent.
They only had one girl working BUT quality over quantity because my cofffee was made perfect. I live about an hour 1/2 north of Chicago and sometimes you get an iced coffee and it tastes like river water, both my coffees were delicious and constant flavors. it was very slow service but not the girl workings fault. I didn’t catch her name but she was definitely doing a good job :)
Was going to give this 5 stars but there was no egg on my egg sandwich. The reason for 5 stars would've been receiving the best coffee I've had at a Dunkin in a long
