This is the best Dunkin’ in Chicago for 2025! It’s soo busy but the staff is so nice and professional! And they are always playing throwbacks it’s honestly fun to be in there which is why people actually work from in there sometimes. It is really busy but they use the number system and you can always see them working hard!
They only had one girl working BUT quality over quantity because my cofffee was made perfect. I live about an hour 1/2 north of Chicago and sometimes you get an iced coffee and it tastes like river water, both my coffees were delicious and constant flavors. it was very slow service but not the girl workings fault. I didn’t catch her name but she was definitely doing a good job :)
I asked for a bacon egg and cheese croissant and they gave me a sausage egg and cheese croissant. Also I ordered hash browns and they were so cold. Didn’t have time to go back since I had limited time for my lunch break. But I am very disappointed.
