Second time an item is missing from my order and I was not informed about it.I understand things might be out stock, but at least have the courtesy to tell me. I don't care about the $2.99 that I left for that item, but I can get something else to eat!I'm not going back to this location!If you can't sell donuts change the business... It's a shame!

The drinks and food are decent, but there is always the same panhandler standing right inside the door, so that you have to literally pass within a foot of him to get inside. They have to be losing business because of this guy.

I usually go here for coffee. I'm equidistant to this Dunkin and a Starbucks, and I prefer coffee from Dunkin.When visiting today, it appeared that the restaurant was understaffed. This caused a 10-minute wait to order, but I got my order promptly once I ordered. Hopefully they can find another employee to work morning shifts, since I would much rather drink Dunkin coffee but I don't know if I can afford to wait 10 minutes when I'm trying to get to work. I've seen other mornings like this, but there are also mornings where there's no line and I'm in and out in under two minutes. Just be warned that there might be a wait.Other than the staffing situation, I love going here. I like that they have an extra large size that only costs $3.30 with tax, and that the coffee is always hot and fresh

I don’t usually write reviews, but I accidentally placed my order at a different Dunkin’ Donuts location through the app. This location honored my order for free — even though it was totally my mistake!This place is always packed, but the people who work at this location are always kind, and the service is always prompt, polite, and correct.
