Great place on my way to work to crew was very fast and getting my coffee and they gave it to me just the way I liked it which was pretty cool in and out old in no time

However, I must express my disappointment with the customer service I encountered today. Despite placing a mobile order and requesting a correction, the service provided was lacking in friendliness. It is essential for customer satisfaction that a pleasant attitude is maintained, even when addressing concerns. Regrettably, the individual assisting me displayed a dismissive attitude that was unprofessional.

I had THEE worst experience at this Dunkin… my order was simple… bacon jam sandwich and a sausage egg and cheese NO CHEESE I repeated my self 7x over the intercom and counter face to face and the order was all wrong. There was cheese on my sand which and we got a bacon maple sandwich. Not to mention the sausage taste like bleach and fridge. I’ll never come back. Got a headache trying to make myself clear with that lady at the window… I’m not sure if she’s not familiar with the menu but she should not be taking orders at that window.

I’ve been going to the Dunkin for some time and I have to say I’m finding another one. This place seems to have terrible customer service. Today the person tossed my food on the counter as if I’m suppose to know it’s mine. Disappointed by this place. It’s a shame because the GM who’s usually at the counter is very nice and always accurate with my orders. To be fair it’s not all the employees. Just a few sour apples. Also my bagel is rubber. I’m struggling to bite into it. Not sure what’s up with this place.

Told the guy at the drive thru on 11/22 7:20pm I like creamy and milky drinks and to make it however he thinks is good and it was delicious thank you great employees very friendly. Even if it didn’t taste good I would still be happy cause they were nice and tried their best but they made it really good
