Told the guy at the drive thru on 11/22 7:20pm I like creamy and milky drinks and to make it however he thinks is good and it was delicious thank you great employees very friendly. Even if it didn’t taste good I would still be happy cause they were nice and tried their best but they made it really good

Not gonna lie, this place was by far the worst Dunkin' I’ve been to. I stopped to get a coffee and a donut late at night. The guy who was working, when I pulled up to the window, scratched himself and then smelled his fingers. I just drove away.

They need to list the time they lock the doors. I just walked there and the doors are locked. It's 9:45 on Saturday! Come on! Someone walked up as I did and didn't know either. I wasn't aware what time they lock the doors because I used to drive through. I don't buy donuts too late here otherwise they're stale especially munkins. I usually just go get my coffee and most of the time they do mess up my order if I order food but I never bothered to post a review but after going there tonight and finding the doors locked at 9:45pm this is ridiculous! It's SUMMER! I went home got in my car and drove to Archer. If I have to get in my car at this time, I may as well take a nice drive.

Great spot to wait near Midway airport. I'm a fan of Dunkin coffee, and I've never had a bad cup (I Think...). Anyway, this location only has street parking, but there are plenty of chairs and tables for a bite, conversation, and a Great cup of coffee.

Always excellent customer service at this location! Everybody who works there is so polite and friendly. Anytime there is even a slight delay I receive an apology. And I've had times where they've upgraded my drink to a larger size just to be nice! This is probably the best Dunkin I've ever gone to. These employees deserve a raise!

The BEST Dunkin in Clearing/ Garfield Ridge area. Coffee and sandwiches are always good. Never missing items when they are busy in the drive thru. Friendly, well-mannered, and hard working employees. Owner needs to understand he has some great employees working there who care and are respectful.
