I went in this morning 8-13-24 The male behind the register took my order before I could hand him my phone for the rewards which I spent $100.00 for my clients this morning he scanned his phone and took the rewards. The manager said it was a mistake. Watch how they ring you out.

This location never has fresh donuts. At 8:30a/9a you should have fresh donuts. Every time I break down and buy a donut, I’m disappointed because they are hard and old. You can tell they are not fresh. I will be asking for a refund every time, I order a donut and it’s not the best. We deserve the best and if you all can’t deliver, I won’t spend my money here.

Ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel. Then they say we don’t have it after paying. Then asked what did they have. Only everything and plain. So I said fine plain. Toasted w cream cheese. They gave it to me microwaved with a hard cream cheese to smear and a fork. What? Tasted awful too. They kept it next to the everything bagel so even though it was plain it didn’t taste plain. And I paid $5 for that? Never go to that location ever again.

This place violates the law and basic hygiene everyday by denying its customers the use of its bathrooms. This is ILLEGAL and disgusting. When I asked to use the bathroom, they said no. I informed them that they are violating the law and guess what… they said the best they can do is offer me a CUP OF WATER to wash my hands in? If we all go to this place and ask to use the bathroom, we can build a class action lawsuit and get some money when they repeatedly say no don’t go to this Dunkin. They ratchet.
