I shouldn't give this Dunkin donuts no stars at all, I wanted to get the $6 deal I told the lady I don't want coffee hot or cold customers should have the right to choose what they want to drink instead of coffee I ended up getting a sausage egg and cheese croissant some hash brown and a small lemonade and she charged me $13.15 just for this little snack, then I asked to to use the bathroom and this cashier tells me the bathroom is out of order now I find that increasingly difficult to believe you have customers paying their hard earned money and can't used the one thing we as human beings use every day this is ridiculous and unexceptable, I may as well stay home and cook me some breakfast, one thing for sure I'll never come to this establishment ever again I should report this place to the Better Business Bureau and she charge me 25 cents for an extra jelly that is ridiculous like I said I'll never return to this place again what I see is a lot stupid rules and incompetence that's what I see.

I visited this Dunkin Donuts on September 6 2025 before work. The man that was working at 5am was very rude. He accused me of not paying for a soda when the receipt was in my hand. The sodas are kept behind the counter so how would I have gotten it if a worker didn’t give it to me?Then he didn’t offer an apolgy. He was mad at the customer in front of me that was a jerk, but that doesn’t give him the right to try to take it out on me. On top of that my coffee was nasty. I understand working in the fast food industry is challenging but if you’re going to be mean find another job.

Some of girls there customer service is very rude & unprofessional. Only person that was kind is grace!! This store needs to deep clean everything especially filters where the lemonade green tea and other drink items because it tasted spoiled. This is the second drink that I have had was the lemonade Second was the green tea that almost made me sick because it taste spoiled.

The coffee here is decent. I know dunkin locations will have your coffee tasting differently. The people that work there are okay. They don't speak too much, but the service is still solid. I usually order off the self-service thing and go on with my day.
I came in nobody said anything I stand there why they kept doing whatever they was doing I started saying I ain’t want nothing because they ignore me when I came in and someone comes out the bathroom he wanted a cup of coffee she stop whatever she was doing to get his coffee but I was standing there for 5 mins n couldn’t even get what I came n there for in yesterday march 20 she gave me cold hash browns I don’t recommend this place at all in it’s 5:50 I am hungry gotta be at work was coming in for a sandwich hash browns after the last ones was cold a ice coffee in a Donut

grace (think thats its name) is a horrible worker who should be fired immediately; extremly rude to me and my friend when we were nothing but nice, gave so much additude for absolutely no reason, took way too long and i even saw people leave cause of how long she took and yet she still had the audacity to give them an additude, and her drinks are absolutely disgusting.

The front employee with tattoo, short and little attitude is very rude. Seems like his parents did not teach him well. Also, let society teaches him how to grow up. I order a Latte, he spilled it out on the counter and gave it to me just like nothing happened, without any apologies. I paid for the drink and that’s what they treat me like that? Dunkin Donut should consider about application with personality. These people like this unprofessional dude will bring the whole system down.
