The front employee with tattoo, short and little attitude is very rude. Seems like his parents did not teach him well. Also, let society teaches him how to grow up. I order a Latte, he spilled it out on the counter and gave it to me just like nothing happened, without any apologies. I paid for the drink and that’s what they treat me like that? Dunkin Donut should consider about application with personality. These people like this unprofessional dude will bring the whole system down.

The workers were really friendly, the place was clean, and my avocado toast was perfect! It looked so pretty too! The girl did a great job. Sometimes Dunkin can be yucky but I had a great experience at this one
This is my neighborhood Dunks and I come here almost daily for an iced coffee. Must be the born/bred in Boston in me b/c i need that iced coffee in the morning!They have a great staff here, friendly, attentive and great customer service. Danielle makes the food orders most days and she makes the best sandwiches of any Dunkin I've been to. ? Coco works weekends and she's great too.

walked in 15 min before closing on 9-22-23 at 7:45pm. observed the employee GIVE AWAY a free cafe extra large frappe to a customer in a nice and friendly manner, when it came to my order (a small HOT coffee) I was given a cold coffee. I then asked her if she can warm my coffee up in the microwave.. I was told no because they were closing..then told I couldn’t get a refund because she didn’t know how to do a refund and I was told I should call the online number to complain from off google If I wanted to speak to someone ,this place needs to train there employees better and hire people with better credential.
