Ordered a chipotle wrap and I do not eat bacon, but was charged an extra two dollars to replace it with hash browns when hash browns are already in the damn wrap. Walks away from me mid conversation like I’m saying something that doesn’t make sense. Terrible customer service and I went a to another dunkin near by that actually introduced me to substitute with no extra charge and problem. Idiots.

This is on the NORTH side of Roosevelt. You have to cross the street from the address here. It's a window inside the L station over by the ventra machines. In case like me you cannot find it:
CROSS THE STREET FROM THE FAIR CARD ONLY ENTRANCE THEN INTO THE DOORS AT THE ROOSEVELT STATION AND ITS ON THE LEFT/SOUTHWEST CORNER.

The girl with red braids & glasses mess up my order EVERY TIME. And i mean EVERYTIME I get the same thing and she still give me whatever. So I’ll be back up there TOMORROW Morning to bring back this coffee. I asked for 5 creams 1 sugar … last time she gave me 4sugars

the Dunkin on Ogden/Pulaski has flies in their doughnut cases. I was there this morning at 6:05a, I told them about the flies in their case and it was very noticeable because its so many and I was told, oh its ok they're just flies. Its ok to eat the food!!!! DO NOT EAT THERE. Im a resident of that community for over 40yrs. Ill NEVER eat anything from there again, I will tell everyone I know NEVER eat there snd the City of Chicago will be notified this morning!

They need to take Cordaryl off the register. He moves extremely slow! I had to repeat what I wanted 5 times 😬 They all move slow. Don't come here if you're in a rush and pressing for time.
