Absolutely amazing customer service! Manny was on point! Friendly, very accommodating to my needs! It's so nice to actually be taken care of rather than rushed out! Food was fresh and hot. Will definitely come back! Even with a rush it felt more like talking to a friend rather than a dunkin donuts worker.

Ordered a chipotle wrap and I do not eat bacon, but was charged an extra two dollars to replace it with hash browns when hash browns are already in the damn wrap. Walks away from me mid conversation like I’m saying something that doesn’t make sense. Terrible customer service and I went a to another dunkin near by that actually introduced me to substitute with no extra charge and problem. Idiots.

the Dunkin on Ogden/Pulaski has flies in their doughnut cases. I was there this morning at 6:05a, I told them about the flies in their case and it was very noticeable because its so many and I was told, oh its ok they're just flies. Its ok to eat the food!!!! DO NOT EAT THERE. Im a resident of that community for over 40yrs. Ill NEVER eat anything from there again, I will tell everyone I know NEVER eat there snd the City of Chicago will be notified this morning!
