Received BEYOND great customer service this morning from a nice gentleman - great attitude, friendly smile and even offered to stir the sugar I added to my drink. Made my Monday! Thank you!

Came to grab a drink mid afternoon. The only employee was outside smoking and came back once i entered the store. He rang me up and made my drink without even washing his hands. Smoking right outside the store is bad enough but not even washing hands is disgusting. won't be returning.

Disappointed to leave a one star review because I actually like this location. Got a different drink than what I ordered during my visit. They frequently are out of things and often fill iced drinks up to the brim with ice. Customer service could be better, and previous reviews complaining about mold are concerning.

$6 for an iced matcha latte, cup is filled all the way to the top with ice, touching the lid. 2 sips and it's gone, maybe 3 oz of actual drink. Only one worker in there and his only comment on the situation is a shoulder shrug.
Staff didn't care that I said I didn't want her to touch my food after touching meat. She responds " it was only a little"Then proceeds to say they are busy, when there's only me and another person with 3 people working...

This store is always understaffed for the volume of people that come in here. I left without ordering because the wait was too long.
Another Dunkin that hands you a plastic knife and container of cream cheese for your bagel. Seriously this laziness needs to stop. I was the only customer and when I first arrived no employee was to be seen. The excuse given was that they can't do it during rush hour. Noon is rush hour? With me being the only customer in or near the building for at least fifteen minutes? Put up a sign saying that you are lazy at this location so I can go elsewhere to spend my money.

Coffee was old and cold ? if i could give it 0 stars i would
This location is empty for a reason, the baristas are extremely slow and have very little care for the quality of food. I got this sausage egg and cheese croissant at 9 am on a Thursday, aka peak time downtown. The sausage was dried out, burnt and inedible. The coffee tasted burnt. I could’ve gotten a cheaper one that tasted better across the st at 7/11. Also, the patrons stand and wait endlessly while the very slow baristas prioritize pick up orders. Not very covid friendly to have a full lobby.
***AVOID THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO EAT FUNGUS***My first review on google and guess what, completely horrendous experience at this store.Bought myself an avocado toast, walked back home to enjoy it only to find fungus on the bread. Took it back to the store and handed over the box with the receipt for the lady on the counter to explain. Instead of accepting the fact that they tried feeding fungus to the customers, she disposed the food and suddenly started arguing how that is not fungus and when I challenged her to explain, she started yelling at me. I tried to cool her down but she kept getting even aggressive. Her co-worker seems to understand the situation but was completely helpless. At this point, I was offended and asked the lady to share her name to which she obviously denied and got even furious. I enquired her co-worker about the manager and I was told that the lady misbehaving was indeed the manager(I hope not). and this is when the lady went crazy and tried threatening me throwing card machine at me and started chasing me. I ran out of the store to save myself, obviously in disbelief.Dunkin, if you really care about your customers, do something about this store and that lady in particular.And then fix your bread.

Second time I have gotten a wrong order ordering in person and through the app.
I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I got yelled at because someone else took my drink and there is almost no espresso in the latte.
