Drinks are rarely made right, donuts are stale, and the staff acts annoyed instead of welcoming. Bare minimum effort across the board. Definitely not the Dunkin experience you expect.

DD has really upgraded their offerings over the past 5 yrs or so. Still less than Starbucks and great selection of tasty drinks and snacks.

Omg I thought these reviews were dishonest but they’re not! I walked in this morning with my bubbly energy and noticed how frigid the Hispanic cashier was. Found out her name on my receipt after my experience. The cashier’s name is EVELIA📌. I paid it no mind because I was in such a great mood. I placed my order and after 10 minutes, I saw EVELIA
looking at me. Her coworker shouted from a far distance, “did you receive your drink?”, I said no. They said nothing to me. I asked, “is my food not ready as yet?”. They looked at me and walked away. I then said, “I’ll like a refund for the lack of respect because I asked a question and no one replied or apologized. Also, the cashier was very rude upon arrival”. I was very unhappy and I think they’re racist because they don’t know me yet were very rude and dismissive. I’m never going back there again! Sucks that employees like these are the reason for the many bad reviews!

Recently visited this establishment for the $6.00 meal which is the sandwich, hashbrowns and medium cup of coffee.
Unfortunately from the last 3 visit I was treated with such racial prejudice and a lack of service.
All I asked was for my food too be prepared properly and they refused by saying something about their oven don't melt the cheese, which a blatant lie.
These workers need too check their personal feeling at the door an do their job because politics and among other thing aren't permitted in the work place. In all for the foreseeable future I will not return to this establishment ever again just too be treated so badly.
Also I do not recommend this location.

Worker was extremely unwelcoming, she was super sloppy with the drinks as well. i tried my coffee and it tasted nothing how it usually does, mind you i know how it’s supposed to taste i never change my order. So i went back to kindly tell her despite her attitude, that i didn’t like it, hoping she could remake it and she didn’t want to so i asked if i can just a refresher, and she wanted to charge me the difference. so i asked if i can just get a refund instead and she said only the manger could do that. she walked off without saying anything to make the refresher but again did it all sloppy, it wasn’t even good , it was all concentrate and no lemonade. i didn’t drink it after, i was being really patient and nice despite her being rude. i will try to contact the manager to see about the refund because i wasn’t satisfied with the quality of my drink or the service. i work at dunkin, and i always try to accommodate my customers if something was wrong on my part. it’s our job to be taking orders and helpful. idk just really disappointed.

Each Dunkin Donuts are different. However, I went to the location on 8753 S. Stony Island Ave., and ordered 2 medium strawberry milkshakes. The milkshakes that I'm used to then making were always a bit thick in consistency, which was/has always been my preference. But this time around, the shake was way to milky. After asking an associate why it was so milky, she explained to me that there was something with the ice cream/ machines and that the store was aware. I asked her if she could remake my shakes and she said sure but I had to go back to the end of the line. That wasn't a problem, as she had other orders and customers to attend to. When I returned to the window, the milkshake was the same consistency, very milky, as if she just reblended the shake over again. At this point, I was concerned, and told her politely that maybe the store should address the ice cream/machine issue to customers. I also asked for the store number but she told me she didn't know. Luckily, I went back this morning, 06/19/25, to get a Guava and Lemonade refresher (LOVE)...got my receipt and got the store number. Great customer service at this location but I think their honesty about certain products should be made aware to customers.

This location has the worst service not to mention, they always get the orders wrong. It’s so unfortunate that there’s not much else around the neighborhood where my office is. But from now on I will go an extra mile to the other Dunkin’

For over five years, we have been experiencing bad service, wrong orders, and an overall terrible experience with this location.

First of u need to fix the drive threw order box ok well let me start by is been twice u idiots give me some one else order wish I could go back and complain but this location is a waste of time the staff need to stop sitting on the back looking at there phones while u wait for your wrong order to come SMH never again coming to this location

Got a coffee from there this morning that had soap or some type of cleaning product it in it, which made me throw up instantly after tasting it. Unfortunately by the time I took my first drink of coffee I was already 10-15 minutes away to come back and get it fixed. An absolute waste of money.
