The service is terrible! I was denied service after walking in at 8pm which it says OPEN 24 HOURS to purchase ONE simple donut! The man had a bad attitude and refused to attend me. When I asked why I couldn’t purchase one donut he simply ignored me and never gave me a reasonable/proper explanation. I felt very mistreated and unwanted. Definitely don’t recommend coming! I will be reporting this to HR.

If you go through the drive through you.Get service, and immediately, if you go inside the customer behind, you get their order first. Also, if you want more ice than coffee, then this is your place. My iced French vanilla capacheno cost 8 dollars for a large and was primarily ice, as seen in the picture.

Allways get thecdrinks wrong they never consistency, allways got an attitude like we getting it free. Drive tru allways an issue w there speaker. I rather go dunking on halsted than here. Also i ask for a receipt and i was told machine acting up. I got over charge the reason why i know is because i put my order in the app to see how much i would up ending paying.

Horrible service at drive through. Coffee was not made the way I asked it to be. Not worth the high price. For $6.07 the latte should be made properly. I do not recommend this location.

I literally had to repeat myself several times on my order and still had it wrong! Ice coffee had way too much ice. And their service was horrible the way they had attitude!! Never coming here again

Make sure to check your receipt. We just stopped through there for a large iced coffee and when we got to the window the person told us the amount was $4.4, paid and left but then noticed the receipt was not for our order and we were charged over $12.

So make sure you ask for a receipt because they be overcharging. Last time I go here not the first time they messed my order and the workers are not so great at treating people with courtesy and respect.
