Each Dunkin Donuts are different. However, I went to the location on 8753 S. Stony Island Ave., and ordered 2 medium strawberry milkshakes. The milkshakes that I'm used to then making were always a bit thick in consistency, which was/has always been my preference. But this time around, the shake was way to milky. After asking an associate why it was so milky, she explained to me that there was something with the ice cream/ machines and that the store was aware. I asked her...

I wanted to try the churro donut so I ordered one and when I got to my job and took out the donut. Donut felt like it was 2 days old sitting in the open. I was disappointed and I went there around 7am so I would thought donuts were more fresh than if I went around 4pm . The coffee churro flavor was the only thing that was good.
