We ordered veggie bagel and there was no veggie at all only plain bagel. Went back to tell them about it the gujrati lady didn’t believe and gave me a weird look, I felt so bad that I left the whole bagel on the counter and left. Even chai I ordered was cold and my wife had to ask the staff to warm it up a little. Never ever going there again.
Rude employees no respect for customers.

While the food was solid, it was just garbage service. The staff would only call out half of the 4 digit order number and they were way too busy talking to one another to bother with filling orders with any timeliness.

I go to this Dunkin often, as I work in the airport. I have stopped myself multiple times from writing reviews because everyone has bad days but I have had enough. The only decent worker they have is the young man that works there. All the women are absolutely terrible. There’s an older woman who works there who has yelled at me twice now when I was just trying to find some clarity on the refund to my card because I wanted to make sure it would go back right away so that I could pay for my drink still. However that’s not even the incident that happened today that made this the last straw. I just wanted to preface by saying that these workers are rude and argumentative and this isn’t the first time. This location honestly needs to get rid of their entire staff other than that young man since he is the only respectful one there. I order the same drink every time and I order less ice which they actually charge $.50 for, which I assume is because there is more drink since there’s less ice. I am totally cool with this, I would even be cool with not being charged that and just having less drink WITH less ice. I simply don’t like my drink watered down. So when I order less ice and I PAY for less ice; I should get less ice. When they gave me my drink it had the normal amount of ice in it and I asked if I could have less ice. The women who were at the counter looked at me like I was crazy and she said I ordered a medium with less ice and that’s what I got. She kept iterating that I ordered a medium which I was well aware of since I had ordered it. The other lady then said that the ice was light and points to where they would put the ice to, I then told her that typically when I order this with light ice that it was filled to different line. They continued arguing with me to which I said “okay whatever you say, I know that’s not right” Because I did not want to continue arguing with them. I’m extremely disappointed in this location and the people who work here. They have zero customer service skills and they made me feel that my business didn’t matter. My drink was watered down within minutes and I am livid.

Literally trying to take 3 orders at once. Threw the food in the bag spilling everywhere inside. And coffee was dangerously hot.

Walked all the way over to get some food and drinks for my group only to be told after waiting in line that they couldn’t sell any food items because they close soon. Drinks only. I asked if I could buy the pastries that were just sitting there behind the cashier and he said no, just coffee and drinks. He explained that since they were closing soon some employees wanted to go home and they don’t want to make a mess before closing. These were pastries literally within reach which required no prep/cooking. They close at 9pm. It was 7:45pm. My watch was still set to my previous time zone and I thought it was 8:45 but after leaving I was pretty annoyed to see that there was literally over an hour left before closing. Lazy staff who would rather throw food out than work up until closer to closing.

Airport food and service is generally poor but this place takes the cake. My order was incorrect and the cashier had to be prompted twice to correct it. She was trying to take 2 orders at once.

The coffee was wrong glad I'm not diabetic because I'd be in a sugar high. The egg bites only had a couple specks of bacon. Dunkin is generally consistent but this place is cutting corners compared to same order at other locations.
