They act like they can’t hear you on the intercom then saw me pull up to the window and let me sit there before they came to the window with a attitude to ask me what do I want I said where is the manager she got even nastier and say okay closed the drive thru windows in my face they got flies flying everywhere and rude please do not support this business I’m on the phone with corporate right now as we speak the manager didn’t want me to have the store number so I can report them!

I am a coffee drinker and I know good coffee and each night on my way to work I stop here and man this coffee is the best anywhere in Chicago Night shift guy make it just like I love it and he always had a great attitude I drive past a Dunkin each night to get to this one Trust me it’s worth it

9/17/25 I stopped by to get a refresher the strawberry dragon fruit with tea and the drink at the bottom had some slimy substance it looked like mucus and some black spots that looked like mold

Why so many bad reviews 😭 Been to lots of Dunkin locations and this one has the fastest drive thru service ever!!! Hardly wait in line compared to other locations. Perfect for those on a rush heading to work.

Told the lady. 6 meal deal but the sandwich on a bagel and she still puts croissant. I ask her for a plain sausage on side and they give me a whole sandwich.
Came and got a cold brew, hot coffee and loaded potato’s. Potatoes were so cold as if they were in the refrigerator. Wont be returning that’s ridiculous

There’s an employee that always goes against what I ask for when I place my order, at this point its like she does it on purpose, to me it seems like she doesn’t like her job. Normally I brush it off and just go on with my day because arguing over a coffee isn’t worth it. But after today honestly I just don’t think I’m ever going to give that location my money The way they served the wake up wrap (as is in the photo) and after messing up on my coffee. I don’t recommend this location. Keep in mind that they will take your order and give you want they want to give you. Not what you ask for. (In detail)

Would not recommend this location. Poor customer service, they all act like they hate being there. Lack of utensils, I ordered something a month ago that required a spoon or fork but they only had butter knifes. Today I came there to order a hot coffee or chocolate to keep me warm while I waiting for the bus just for the doors to be locked an hour early. I wouldn't go here it's not worth spending money at a location that doesn't value their customers.
