This is tha 3td time I have came here just to be burned by coffee because you all are so in rush you all do not put top on right. Or better yet you all may need better cups.

Donuts were extremely hard staff only states "we don't make them".
After recent drive thru visit I'll never purchase Donuts đ© at this location, staff had no show of concern pertaining to hard. They promptly offered refund, only to continue selling old Donuts to customers following my exit.
Fresh Donuts were not an option only the blunt statement.... "we don't make them"

For the past month every time I order a specific drink their excuse is the same, the blender doesnât work. Youâre telling me the blender has been broken for the past month? Unfixed? Very disappointed

I ordered a regular milk and a donut, paid with my card and once he gave me the receipt I realized that he had charged me for things that I did not order, which one I told him and his excuse was that HE HAD NOT LISTENING TO MY ORDER WELL. I told him I understand that part but then why are you charging me for things you didn't give me. He just said I'm going to refund your money to your card. The person who helped me is called EVELIA. P.S: One comes quickly before going to work and most of the time when we pay by card we don't realize what they charge us. I wonder how many more customers they will do the same thing to, charging them for things they didn't order. Managers: They should somehow have more communication with their staff.
I usually stop here Wednesday mornings around 2a.m and lately the service has been horrible. I pull up to the drive thru and sit for at least 2 minutes until I get someone asking can they help me. Even after taking my order I have to sit at the window another 2-3 minutes until someone comes to the window to take my money with red eyes and bed hair. I wasnât gonna leave a review but 3 Wednesdays in a row is too much

The woman who is on the afternoon shift is rude, she prepares everything wrong twice and throws away the drink because it literally doesn't taste like anything and if you say something to her she gets upset and ignores you.
If you don't drive a car, you cannot eat here after 5pm.
