THIS LOCATION CONTINUOUSLY FAILS THE BLACK AND HISPANIC COMMUNITY IT SITS IN. I HAVE BEEN IN AREAS FAR WORSE THAN THIS ONE WHERE BUSINESSES STILL HAD THE DECENCY TO OPEN THEIR DOORS AND ALLOW PEOPLE TO WALK IN AND ORDER A CUP OF COFFEE. THIS DUNKIN REFUSES TO DO THAT.

NOT EVERYONE IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD HAS A CAR. SOME PEOPLE WALK FOR A CUP OF COFFEE. SOME PEOPLE RELY ON WALK-UP SERVICE. WHAT DOES THIS LOCATION DO? THEY TELL PEOPLE TO WALK THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU — A DRIVE-THRU MEANT FOR CARS — OR THEY REFUSE SERVICE ALTOGETHER. AND NOW THEY’VE TAKEN IT A STEP FURTHER AND ARE SAYING YOU MUST HAVE A CAR TO PLACE AN ORDER. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE AND DISCRIMINATORY, ESPECIALLY IN A COMMUNITY WHERE THERE IS LITERALLY NOTHING ELSE AROUND.

ON TOP OF THAT, THIS LOCATION IS CONSTANTLY “OUT” OF BASIC ITEMS. FIRST IT WAS LARGE CUPS. THEN IT WAS ICE. HOW DOES A COFFEE SHOP RUN OUT OF ICE? THIS PLACE WAS WORKING JUST FINE WHEN THERE WAS A REGULAR MANAGER IN PLACE. EVER SINCE SHE LEFT, EVERYTHING HAS GONE DOWNHILL FAST.

THE STAFFING IS A JOKE. I AM TIRED OF SEEING THE SAME ONE MANAGER STRUGGLING AND RUNNING A WHOLE STORE ALONE. THIS LOCATION IS CLEARLY UNDERSTAFFED, MISMANAGED, AND POORLY SUPPORTED, AND THE COMMUNITY IS PAYING THE PRICE.

I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY, AND SO DOES EVERYONE ELSE AROUND HERE. WE DESERVE BASIC ACCESS TO A BUSINESS THAT CHOSE TO SET UP SHOP IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD. IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE HERE, THEN OPEN YOUR DOORS TO EVERYONE — NOT JUST PEOPLE WITH CARS.

I WILL BE FILING FORMAL COMPLAINTS AND CONTINUING TO ESCALATE THIS UNTIL EITHER THIS LOCATION OPENS ITS DOORS TO WALK-IN CUSTOMERS OR IT IS SHUT DOWN. THIS IS ABOUT FAIRNESS, ACCESS, AND RESPECT — AND RIGHT NOW, THIS DUNKIN IS FAILING ON ALL THREE.

I been going to this Dunkin for almost 2 yrs now, But this past 3 weeks the lobby is been close. I went today and the cashier gave me a really bad attitude didn't wanted to take my order on the window I went walking she said come with a car she is short Hispanic with an ugly attitude smh . Good thing another guy step up and took my order he was so nice and the ugly lady got mad at him . Owner or manager should talk to that cashier they have to be nice with the costumers ..

I went their Sunday morning and Monday morning. The 3 same females were working their both days. Their attitude is terrible and rude. I waited more then 5 minutes to order a coffee. When I finally placed the it took another 5 minutes to receive the coffee. When I did receive the coffee the xl coffee was half way full and the coffee beans were floating on top of the coffee. I mentioned it to the lady that was in the drive through she responded that's all we have. All 3 need females need a class in matters and customer service.
I am definitely not coming their for my coffee. Id rather take my business to McDonald's or burger king for coffee. Would not recommend.

The only old lady that works there has the worst attitude. Looked at me without telling my balance n had her hand out . I asked multiple times how much and she yells at me ??? Rude if you don’t want to work go home. Not the first she’s rude either.

They act like they can’t hear you on the intercom then saw me pull up to the window and let me sit there before they came to the window with a attitude to ask me what do I want I said where is the manager she got even nastier and say okay closed the drive thru windows in my face they got flies flying everywhere and rude please do not support this business I’m on the phone with corporate right now as we speak the manager didn’t want me to have the store number so I can report them!
