I come to the drive-through every day and this is the only Dunkin’ Donuts that do not make my coffee right I don’t know what it is, but I always order a medium butter pecan iced coffee with cream and sugar. Maybe they’re not putting the sugar in there because it’s always better or the taste is off , most of the time they are not stirring the coffee up that could play part and also the Navy they’re not putting enough sugar, but they wanna charge me extra for butter pecan, but they never offer to add more sugar. It’s weird to me this is the only Dunkin’ Donuts. I have went to the one on Western and Diversey. I went to the one on Ashland and north on Ashland I go to the one on division west and this is the only Dunkin’ Donuts that cannot get it right, and also there’s girl with long hair and a straight she is very rude and she walks away from you when you’re talking I have tried to be as polite as I can, but this girl is still always rude. I’m never upset or angry when I speak with her, but she walks away when you’re talking to her and she rolls her eyes all the time she medium built with straight long hair and she has a very nasty attitude.

One mixed-race family with 4 children, an older couple perhaps from India, and myself. Drive Thru was very busy. Didn't take long to receive my food, Donuts were FRESH, not hard at all. I ordered a Ham & Swiss Croissant, a Black Tea with Lemonade, 3 Donuts, a Boston Cream, a Glaze, a Chocolate Frosted, and a cup of Ice

Really disappointed with this location, my husband and I stopped for a couple of iced lattes and order sugar free vanilla and stevia. My husband has a medical condition and he cannot have sugar. When we pulled up to the window they handed us an iced tea, we told them we ordered the iced lattes, and they then handed us two iced drinks that looked pale milk colored with barely any espresso. I tried it and it tasted like sugary caramel, we asked them if this was the correct order and they insisted. We ended up throwing out the drinks and wasted our money. Do not come here if you are diabetic or have other medical conditions that could put you at risk. Very disappointed.

This Dunkin is one of the worsts all around the workers service and the food availability. I went a couple days ago and got two refreshers as I drink
One of them I feel a HAIR and it was a curly light brown long hair !!!! DISGUSTING . The mics they have barely ever work and they never speak up . Now I understand the food availability is not the workers fault so this one is for the managers MAKE UR supply order ahead of time always out of food items !! Several times have I not been able to purchase what I want bc of this!!!

It’s a super busy location with the blue line and big Intersections at each corner, but despite that they do their best in serving you with a smile. Really love the staff, very friendly and kind. I usually go ahead and order online through a mobile order to skip the line during rushes and I’m able to go in and out quick every time because it’s always ready on time.

This is the slowest drive thru in the city of Chicago!!!! It’s constantly slow. Took 16 minutes for an iced coffee at 11am. Ridiculous!!!

City worker, love this Dunkin, Great staff, it does get busy at times but they are doing their best. I think she’s the Lead manger on staff, I believe her name is nena, she is really nice and always goes above and beyond for the customers. People like her deserves a raise, we appreciate you.

Sometimes their consistency with their drinks aren’t the best, but lately I’ve been coming after doc appts & a young man is working and he always gone above & beyond. Once they had ran out of every donut we wanted, and once we finally picked he was so sweet and put some extra for the inconvenience. He’s helped us several times and it’s always been the best experience every time he’s there.

Omg, they mess up my order 4 days in a roll! Had to go back each time! In one day 2x
I refuse to go back, i wasn't by myself either, they mess up there order also. The last thing that happened, i was taking someone to the nursing home, as I am taking out the coffee it spilled all over me, hot. The lids were not put on correctly. All I ask it to train the staff better that's it.

Bad vibes the past couple times I’ve come here. The young woman with glasses working the register has the wrong attitude for customer service. Learned my lesson and won’t come here anymore.

Don't bother coming here, I came one day and stood at the register and no one came. Two people work here and they both just stood by the drive thru. Tried to get their attention and they ignored me. I just left, wasted my time. Don't waste yours.
