Sometimes their consistency with their drinks aren’t the best, but lately I’ve been coming after doc appts & a young man is working and he always gone above & beyond. Once they had ran out of every donut we wanted, and once we finally picked he was so sweet and put some extra for the inconvenience. He’s helped us several times and it’s always been the best experience every time he’s there.

Omg, they mess up my order 4 days in a roll! Had to go back each time! In one day 2x
I refuse to go back, i wasn't by myself either, they mess up there order also. The last thing that happened, i was taking someone to the nursing home, as I am taking out the coffee it spilled all over me, hot. The lids were not put on correctly. All I ask it to train the staff better that's it.

Bad vibes the past couple times I’ve come here. The young woman with glasses working the register has the wrong attitude for customer service. Learned my lesson and won’t come here anymore.
Don't bother coming here, I came one day and stood at the register and no one came. Two people work here and they both just stood by the drive thru. Tried to get their attention and they ignored me. I just left, wasted my time. Don't waste yours.

Accidentally left a bag here, and the staff held onto it for me the next day. Deeply appreciate the customer service here. Blueberry donuts are also bomb
I had a very disappointing experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through today. I went to order a Reese’s Milkshake, and the lady taking my order informed me that they didn’t have it. When I asked what flavors were available, she responded, “Do you want to come inside and look at the menu?” I was baffled—why would I go inside if I was already at the drive-through?
When I expressed this, she said she had other people waiting. I reminded her that I was also a customer waiting. I asked to speak to the manager, and she responded with an exasperated “oh my God.” When I pulled up to the window, she rudely asked, “So, do you want the ice cream or nah?” I reiterated that I wanted to speak to the manager, to which she replied that the manager had left at 2 PM. She then closed the window and never returned.
Another lady eventually came to assist me and confirmed that the manager had indeed left. When I asked if the previous employee always acted this way, she said yes, and I inquired if anyone ever reported her. She said no, because no one ever reports her behavior. I was appalled by how poorly I was treated, especially by the employee named Emily. The service at this location was unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this issue promptly.

Like all Dunkin' their food and drinks are delicious. I didn't have any problems, but I would have liked to have been treated in a better way since they responded very quickly when there were literally less than three people waiting. The place is very warm, clean and in good condition. I reiterate that it complies with the basic legacy of what Dunkin' would become, but I would have liked them to serve me a little better and with patience, since they are going to be serving the customer in a hurry and much more so when there are not so many people waiting, They may place the order incorrectly, and consequently may generate more bad reviews and complaints towards the staff and the establishment in general. The wax paper lining the trays was covering up several labels. I had to ask the same girl three times to move the paper so I could see the labels. Then, when I got home I found that she'd dumped my Boston cream upside down in the bag without any wax paper so all the chocolate frosting stuck to the bottom of the bag. I'm pretty sure this was done out of spite since this has never happened before, ever. This makes me wonder what else they're doing to the food when they're having a bad day.

Well I’ve been waiting for my refund for 2 month$. I spoke to LIZ the DISTRICT manager and she did not want to refund my money back she have me under investigation instead of refunding the $48 dollars they charged me for 2 coffees at an outrageous price. She need to take her job seriously. I come to Dunkin to save money, for now on I'm going to start going to Starbucks if I want to pay an outrage price.. An update of my refund it's been 6 months Liz has not refunded me nor offer me any store credit ? hope someone holds her accountable for causing me harm. I will be reaching out to anyone that can help me with this issue. Is May 10th 2024 and I have not yet gotten any response.

Waited a long time in drive thru before being able to order. Cashier was rude. All the food we ordered was burnt. Very disappointing, never coming to this location again. A waste of Money $27 ?
