My husband went to get me a sandwich. While I was on the phone, my husband repeatedly told them what I wanted specifically. The guy kept saying "you mean ...you mean". I said to my husband 'they're not listening". My hubby still told them my order when he got to the window. Got sandwich and of course it was wrong. Listening is one key and follow through is another!

I place my order through the dunkin' donut app. This is exactly why I do not like placing my order through the app because the order was completely wrong. There is no option to request a chocolate glazed donut so I requested a glaze donut but when I pulled up to the drive-thru window, I asked them to switch the glaze donor to a chocolate glaze donut. I was given a double chocolate donut which is not what I asked for which is what I don't eat which will definitely go in the garbage so I'm very unhappy with the service. My coffee was cold. I get much better service when I actually drive to the drive-thru and place my order. Ordering through the app totally sucks. But that's the only way you can get points and perks and things from the app. I think I'll just uninstall the app and stop using it and go to the actual restaurant.

this Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins is the absolute worst one I've ever been to at night time there's supposed to be 24 hours and so at night time the employees claim that the registers never work from 9 PM until probably 4 AM. I've came almost every day for a week straight, and they never have their registers up and they want you to pay in cash. The employees are rude and they'll tell you that all they have is hot coffee and nothing else at night time if the do answer. I don't know who owns this place but majority of their employees are trash. They never want to work at night so they sit in the back sometimes in cars in the back like on like little small parking area there and watch customers come to ordering area until the customer gives up and leave. I hate that this is the closest one near me. What I wanna know is how is the store 24 hours but is isn't open 24 hours. I should not have to drive out of my neighborhood to get service at all I'm never coming back again I'm sick of this place.

ZERO STARSIf I could give zero stars, I would. I went there five times. First couple times were fine. Each time, I ordered coffee and donut from the drive-thru. The third time, I detected an artificial sweetener or something strange tasting in my coffee. It was too late to do anything about it, because I had already pulled away and was heading to work before I had tasted it. The fourth time, I asked for regular sugar-when I never had to before. The coffee tasted normal again. The fifth time I pulled-in, I asked for coffee with regular sugar. When I got to the pay window, the girl took my cash. She gave me my change. Then she coughed into her hand. By the way, she was not wearing gloves, plus she had just handled my cash. She next grabbed the coffee and handed it to me. I wouldn’t take it. I nicely said, “You just coughed into your hand and picked-up my coffee.” She pulled the coffee back into the window and rolled he eyes at me. I asked, “Why do you have an attitude with me?” She walked away without saying a word and came back within seconds and tried to hand me a cup of coffee. I told her that I have no idea if that is the same cup or what. Plus, I added that it was unprofessional to roll her eyes, as if I had done something wrong. Additionally , now I was suspicious of what could be in the coffee, considering her attitude. I refused the cup and asked for my money back. Another girl came to the window pretending to be the manager. I explained the situation. I explained the cough, no gloves and handling food and money. The manager acted just as bad as the first girl. I got my money back - never to return again. I tried calling a few times but the owner was never available. I gave up. But I can not recommend this place. Nor will I ever, ever go there again.

Thanks to you store I spend my salary of the day. I was sent to get coffee from my company but as usual you don’t hand receipt unless it’s requested. When I got back at the office, they couldn’t pay me back since I didn’t have the receipt.
Loyal DD customer for 13 years, I have to say this is arguably the worst DD in Chicago IL area. Store open at 6@ every day, yet every day I'm standing outside of the locked store at 6:15@ waiting as the employees look at me .Do Better DD(70th Street and Stony Island Ave)

This location can only be described as incompetent. From the myriad of one star reviews to my recent experience, just save yourself the trouble and go to another Dunkin. This location does not deserve your money.I placed an Uber Eats order that was being delivered. When my driver got there, they called me as the restaurant told them I had already picked up the order. How the customer picks up an order for Delivery I'm not sure, but after she confirmed with me that I had no updates from Uber and that I did not pick it up, she asked them to remake it.Clearly they are giving out orders to anyone without validation, so maybe this is a location where people get free food all the time.The manager refused to remake the order for the driver, telling me to cancel which resulted in a 20 minute wait for Uber to resolved, slowing down my morning and my delivery driver's.The abundance of 1 stars are valid. Just don't do it. To the owner, you may need to fire everyone and train new staff (starting with Management)
