The girl with red hair keeps taking down mobile ordering and closing the doors it’s now 7:30 pm, lots of business and money being lost for the owners. What a shame

They supposed close at 10 but when I went around 8:30 the door was already closed. There was a girl with red hair hiding in a corner so she wouldn't talk to us. I went to the drive thru window and still no answer. There was another group of people in a car that tried placing an order and the girl still did not respond. If you don't like your job find a new one, don't treat customers poorly just because you don't like your job

They always get my coffee wrong! New girl at the window not friendly at all. Donuts hard. I think they rush to make the coffee, why? No cars behind me. Do better.

Service in this place is horrible. The “manager” has a horrible attitude. He ignores you while you’re telling him your order, starts talking to his co workers. You need to repeat the order again until he decides to pay attention. I saw him scream at elderly people and give them attitude. I never seen such a horrible customer service before. First and last time I come here. Be aware if you come here! I rather choose another Dunkin Donuts around the area.

Do not go here you will come out upset trust me. For the 3rd time coming here.
After noon crew has horrible service. I got ice coffee with no ice 2 spider donuts and only got 1 and a bunch of munchkins, not what I asked for. Horrible, horrible service manager please do something about your afternoon crew!!!

Rude customer service they were doing it in a wrong way a guy who just threw the ice cream scoop and the waffle cone when I asked if I could have “a sprinkle waffle cone please” and he had an attitude.

2020: Very rude ladies working here. Every single thing they had to say was in a sarcastic tone.

2025: they always forget part of the order. I have been here twice in the past month and both times they either got the order wrong or forget something entirely. You're better off driving to the next location.

I ordered online 3 times already and No banana split available in 2 months. Instead they gave me a Sunday with 2 small scoops for the price of 3 scoops (banana split comes w/ 3 scoops). Not giving them another chance.

This is the worst dunkin location I have ever been to. They are lazy, they dont take my orders correctly 80% of the time. I just had a situation waiting at the drive thru to order for 5 mins with no response. I assumed it was not working and went to the window to order. They refused to take my order and slammed the window shut on me.
