Very disorganized, no accountability by manager. They purposely have you speak with someone New that has not yet grasped the English language to get yelled at (ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING). And you you call to speak to a person they purposely put the phone down in hopes that you'll hang up and not call back.I I was placed on hold for OVER an hour before someone hung up on me.

On July 6, 2024, between 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., I entered this establishment. I'm not sure if they need more staff or automated systems, but I was unable to make an order. The staff look at gave me a fake smile, but none of them bother to take my order. So I just walk out.

Costumer service is awful . Workers are very rude specially the the lady up front at the drive thru .. They make awful coffee they can never make a cup of coffee right . Never again going back .

I asked for my coffee 1 cream and one sugar, it was wrong so I went back and the older woman at the counter dumped out half of it and tried to refill it. I asked her please just give me a new one one cream and 1 sugar because the sugar is at the bottom still and she took my cup dumped most of it out again, put water in it and began filling it up. This is gross now I have to go somewhere else and re get my 4 something dollar ice coffee. Don't go to this one.
