This is the worst dunkin location I have ever been to. They are lazy, they dont take my orders correctly 80% of the time. I just had a situation waiting at the drive thru to order for 5 mins with no response. I assumed it was not working and went to the window to order. They refused to take my order and slammed the window shut on me.

Asked for a chocolate muffin and the worker gave me blueberry. He was unsure if it was chocolate or not. Also I had to repeat my order a few times because he wasn't listening and I noticed he charged me for something else.

The new staff or management team not only provides the worst service possible, but they can NEVER get an order correct! The quality of the food is atrocious and not worth the cost! I am tired of always having to call to let them know they messed up my order for the millionth time! I strongly suggest you go spend your money elsewhere!

I come here atleast twice a week and order a bagel with cream cheese I noticed the last time they literally put a slither of cream cheese so I went inside to ask for them to add more because they’re was barely anything on it the manager said that’s how much it’s supposed to have . No sir . I told him check the bagels n look for yourself you didn’t put anything . He wouldn’t check them . one of the guys ended up throwing them out by accident and the manager got so mad at him . They gave me new bagels with the cream cheese on the side. That little thing of cream cheese had MORE than what they slithered on there. The manager is rude and stingy as hell and wanted to argue . I just spent $20 on coffee and bagels and you can’t add the cream cheese that I paid for ? This is my bagel the FOLLOWING DAY I was supposed to ask for it on the side to not have this issue again but forgot . This is what a bagel with cheese should look like it was DONE CORRECTLY BY SOMEONE ELSE at the same place. My coffee is perfect every time though .

I lived in the neighborhood for six years already and this is the closest Dunkin’ Donuts to me. The first time I went it was OK after that it just kept getting worse and worse like their coffee is disgusting. Their donuts are always hard like they aren’t fresh the lady that always takes my order seems like she has an attitude I gave this Place multiple chances but it seems like that they’re not gonna get it together. Sucks Because this is the closest one to me. Do better people like fresh coffee with fresh donuts

Very disorganized, no accountability by manager. They purposely have you speak with someone New that has not yet grasped the English language to get yelled at (ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING). And you you call to speak to a person they purposely put the phone down in hopes that you'll hang up and not call back.I I was placed on hold for OVER an hour before someone hung up on me.
