Costumer service is awful . Workers are very rude specially the the lady up front at the drive thru .. They make awful coffee they can never make a cup of coffee right . Never again going back .

I waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru !! The guy asked for be my order 4 times. I ordered 3 hash browns, a donut , and a drink. I pull up yo the window and the guy took 5 minutes on the register typing stuff for a va simple order. I got the hash browns, then 2 minutes later he asks me AGAIN what I ordered !!!! Are you kidding me ???? Avoid this place !!!!

Front lady was very rude and rushed even thought i was the only one who was ordering. I DIDNT have a big order and she continue to look annoyed. She kept saying rude things in a different language on purpose right in front of me. Also the drink was made wrong?
The worst!! ZERO stars! The two Indian women that work there had attitude and got our order wrong. We ordered a dozen donuts. First off my niece is allergic to peanuts, there was no communication because the lady started putting random donuts into the box without asking what donuts we wanted since that's how it usually goes and she ended up putting a donut covered in peanuts. We told her we can't accept it since we have someone with a peanut allergy and she gave a look at the other lady and then proceeds to take out the peanut donut like if she solved the problem but that's cross contamination!!! Are these people even ServeSafe certified??? They need to be PROPERLY trained or have common fucking sense because there's no way we'll take our donuts that way. I hope these idiots get fired or they finally shut down this location because it is just the worst.

I love Gold Medal Ribbon ice cream. I live near 3 Dunkin’ locations and this is the only location that has it. The only problem is that sometimes the ice cream tastes old in the beginning but the experience gets better as you continue to eat. This location has ample seating and the staff is pleasant.

I asked for my coffee 1 cream and one sugar, it was wrong so I went back and the older woman at the counter dumped out half of it and tried to refill it. I asked her please just give me a new one one cream and 1 sugar because the sugar is at the bottom still and she took my cup dumped most of it out again, put water in it and began filling it up. This is gross now I have to go somewhere else and re get my 4 something dollar ice coffee. Don't go to this one.
