Bad customer service July 23 2025 5 PM
Stayed at a hotel around the corner and came here three times in June 2025. Service was good and they got all of our orders right every time. They were also faster than expected. They tend to play upbeat pop/dance music at a moderately loud volume, which was kind of fun.

two donuts and a coffee took literally 10 minutes, are they getting high behind the counter?
Order came quick with no issues. Staff was kind. Price for one piece of avocado toast is wild though.

Mal servicio en sede de aeropuerto de Chicago, compré un café y tenía más agua que café lo pedí sin azúcar y me dieron con azúcar. Además los empleados mal vestidos mostrando su ropa interior.
Absolutely horrible. The employee took our order, handed us our donuts and then "forgot" to make our drinks. I'm not sure how you forget to make drinks in the span of 30 seconds, but apparently you can. After she completed making the drinks, 2 out of the 4 were the wrong size.
The music in this establishment is also way too loud. This place is louder than most clubs.
I also witnessed four customers walk in and then walk out. They gave up waiting for the employee who was hiding in the back room.

Food is good but they always mess something up. I'll pay for extra bacon on the app and not get it on my sandwich. It's always super busy and understaffed
It was past midnight and I was told to order on the self service machine. I ordered $65 worth of food and drinks and what I received was disrespectful. All 4 coffees were flavors without sugar and barely any cream, I ordered extra cream on 2 and extra sweetened flavors on all. The 4 bagel, egg, cheese and bacon sandwiches had hard eggs, cheese halfway on and 1 piece of bacon broken into 2 small pieces on each of the sandwiches. I ordered a sour dough sandwich and the same issue one bacon broken into two very small pieces and the edge of the sour dough was extremely hard. I ordered 3 donuts and when I was handed my food, I was told they don't have any donuts. I asked for a refund for that part of the purchase and I was told that the cash register was not working and I was told to come back the next day to talk to a manager who could get me donuts. I explained that I was only there for the moment and that I live over an hour away and I need a refund. The person was not helpful. The Dunkin staff rolled their eyes and said they will try to figure it out. After my food and drinks were handed to me I was waiting for a refund and I was getting ignored so I left. We did not notice the food and drinks until we were on Lake Shore Drive and a little too far to return and ask for a refund or for the food to be remade. There was a drunk person helping the Dunkin staff by telling customers what they can and cannot do. The drunk blocked the door at one point saying they were closed, then proceeded to block the door for others. I pointed out that this is a 24 hour dunkin. I asked if she worked there and of course she said no. She was yelling at customers walking in. It was chaos.

A tasteless experience. It seems that the bathroom service is only for those who wanted to let them use it, for the record we went to consume and we took advantage once to use the bathroom and stay for a while and talk. The atmosphere was heavy, with people shouting and belittling one as a customer. They should improve that. But in service I give them a 1 and be careful.

Waited over 20 minutes for someone to come from the back. Me and 5 other people until we just walked out. Horrible overnight service
They have a 24 Hours sign but both Thursday night and Saturday night they were closed.
Okay went twice during stay since it was close to hotel.

I bought a donut. I ate that donut. I went to the bathroom door. I tried the handle. It was locked. A woman exited the bathroom 15 seconds later. I asked an employee if I could use the restroom. She said they were out of order. I called her on her bluff. She doubled down. I asked the cashier. The spineless man repeated her statement. I left. I called corporate.
I wasn't asking for a lot. I wasn't rude. I was a paying customer that had to urinate.
Worst dunkin experience to date.
