My son and I sat and ate donuts and asked for water and they told me they have to charge me for a cup of water! It was insane. Like…tap water man. Come on. Booo corporate rules. My croissant was burned the color of chocolate. My bagel almost broke my jaw trying to bite it. I wish there was another DD closer to me. I stood at the mobile order counter and watched 3 people ignore me while talking almost each other …. It was nice until today.

I asked for the fresh decaf hot coffee cashier told I will make fresh decaf but the crew lady with wear glass she give regular coffee mix with hot water she was telling that this is decaf coffee, its happening infront of me, I afraid how this people working I request the owner and corporate office to check all ur outlets what's happening there , how u guy's are hiring like this staff they r legal or students with work permit or not.

Pathetic service! They are not allowing customers to use restroom after 8pm when the sign says store is open for 24 hours.
Everyone I’ve encountered have been super nice and friendly, great staff. This Dunkin’ is the best in the area in terms of quality and consistency.

I went to this Dunkin' today and ordered a mangonada and got a mango smoothie. I talked to one of the employees to tell him that I hadn't ordered the smoothie and the only thing she told me was that they didn't have chamoy and that the person who ordered He took my order was new, that was his excuse, I told him I wanted my money back but he wanted to give me my money back so I had to take something I didn't want. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THIS SITE!
