I placed an order from this Dunkin through Uber Eats. I requested an everything bagel with plain cream cheese, lightly toasted and they gave me this hot mess. The bagel is so hard, I can literally knock it on the table. I wish I could upload the video of it too. And I’m sure whoever prepared this knew the bagel was stale and hard as a rock, when they first looked at it and picked it up. They have no business giving things like this to a customer. It should’ve been thrown in the garbage as I’m about to do.

Everything looks totally fine. Clean place nice staff, but they refuse to give a cup of water. My son and I sat and ate donuts and asked for water and they told me they have to charge me for a cup of water! It was insane. Like…tap water man. Come on. Booo corporate rules. My croissant was burned the color of chocolate. My bagel almost broke my jaw trying to bite it. I wish there was another DD closer to me. I stood at the mobile order counter and watched 3 people ignore me while talking almost each other …. It was nice until today.

I asked for the fresh decaf hot coffee cashier told I will make fresh decaf but the crew lady with wear glass she give regular coffee mix with hot water she was telling that this is decaf coffee, its happening infront of me, I afraid how this people working I request the owner and corporate office to check all ur outlets what's happening there , how u guy's are hiring like this staff they r legal or students with work permit or not.
