I recently stoped by this Dunkin and I must say that I had a very pleasant experience. The person taking the order was very easy to talk to and very kind. I ordered a large hot coffee and two boston cream donuts; the service was very fast and my order was ready within 30 seconds. Also, the employess seemed very focused and were working diligently on each order.

I ordered a large cappuccino they handed me a cup of sugar milk water with not an ice cube in sight. I asked them to remake the drink I just spend $6 on they just opened the lid and dumped a shot of expresso. Thank god I do not live here, I would be pissed if my local dunkin was this gross
