Price advertised for a muffin in the glass display. Case was $2.19. they charged 249 at the register. Saying those are the old prices on display. They did finally credit me 30 cents after much hassle and a talk with the" manager. Not a good business practice.

By far the worst customer service I've experienced. Walked in with my 5 year old hardly any donuts left it was 1pm. The man behind the counter took 2 minutes to greet me and kept working on making a coffee I'm guessing for the drive thru as the place was empty. After 5 minutes he finally looked my way and I ordered a dozen donuts mixed didn't matter which ones he put in there. He just stared at me. If it wasn't because I was taking the donuts to the firehouse I would've walked out. The audacity to not even say thank you to a customer is just mind-blowing. I would never recommend this Dunkin to anyone and I rated it one star because unfortunately there isn't zero to choose from. Change your attitude or change your staff.

We went there yesterday morning to grab a quick breakfast .we ordered couple of items include onion mini cheese dough bun and hash browns (2 orders) . The onion buns were undercook and the hash browns burned and undercook!When the person handed me a order and turn back to his way to kitchen he said “Indians hen “At that moment I smiled but feels weird . after I realized he messed up with our order and telling his co worker that these ppl are Indians so it’s okey ! ? we’re Pakistani but this behavior is not professional at all .Never go there again .

Horrible, Horrible. Food is consistently undercooked. It's either luke warm or cold. Even when you ask for a replacement, the replacement is no better. Waste of your time and money. Terrible service. I live in the area (Sauganash) and I now go across the street to Starbucks. They need to fire everyone here, especially the creepy manager, and close this dump.

I have my meets here with my friend and wow this Dunkin is always clean. Their service is fast and the workers are nice. Thanks to this Dunkin.Vegetarian options: Their veggie omelet bites extra crispy are really good!Parking: Their parking looks small but you don’t have to walk so long to get to the store after you park. It’s rarely packed so you’ll always have a spot for yourself.
