I went this morning before work around 3:30am. Waited to place my order through the drive thru no one was speaking so I decided to place an order through the app and beeped my horn finally someone answered. Told me to pull up waited for my coffee got it no smile no good morning so I asked for the free donut he said he knew nothing about it and I had to wait to 6am when the manager comes in so I told him in the app and on the sign it says free donut he then became very rude with me I asked for a refund he became even more rude. Is this the norm for this location also while I was waiting 2 other cars behind me just left without placing orders I could only imagine how many customers are lost at this location horrible employee very rude.

Normally I go in the morning to get food and its good but when im going and its cold out and hot chocolate would nice. Yesterday I went around 850pm and the doors were lock. I went today and there doors were lock again and its 750pm. I would understand on locking the doors at 11pm or 12pm but its not that late. I walk and take the bus I do not have a car. Their drive threw is the only thing open but no one there either. Its says it's open 24hours 7 days a week. If your drive is only open then give a time for that. Bad store hour management.

Bought energy drink on this day 12/18/25 around 12:00pm hour. The place was kinda messy. The service although it was very busy there was a moment where it had slowed down. So as the drive thru was started to wind down. I was left standing there in the Dunkin' looking for someone to take my order. It was a minute before someone came to the register and ask for my order. Then after my drink was fixed and finished someone finally told the driver thru person to hand me my drink.

I ordered a raisin bagel, TOASTED! They toasted bagel for 10 seconds, yes 10 seconds it was still white in the middle (I thought raisin 🥯 was brown?) The put the cold butter in the bag. I asked did they think it was TOASTED they said no but gave it to me anyway. I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes before anyone even spoke to me, I had to say good morning to get there attention to get some service. BTW the place was empty,should have took that as sign.

Berry bad service to many people working in that facility and they still not doing good job. I did asked for a caramel macchiato and I get just regular coffee no sugar no cream nothing I personally like to start my work day with a coffee but the way I wanted. not the way they wanted to serve. after all I’m the one who pay it for it they should pay attention in what the client wants. they unprofessional service ruined other people day. That’s not fair I’m paying for them to ruined my day

I ordered a Matcha with Oat Alternative Milk and made them clear that I am allergic to cow's milk. That is exactly what they handed me a Matcha with cow's milk. When I told them to please change it to an Oat Matcha. What I got was a full of ice cup with some Oat milk and the matcha powder sitting in the bottom of the cup.
