I ordered a Matcha with Oat Alternative Milk and made them clear that I am allergic to cow's milk. That is exactly what they handed me a Matcha with cow's milk. When I told them to please change it to an Oat Matcha. What I got was a full of ice cup with some Oat milk and the matcha powder sitting in the bottom of the cup.

Through the drive thru, they refuse to put cream cheese on the bagel, but instead told me, "it'll only be put on the side," I find that unacceptable. I've spend my last dollar at 3542 W. Archer Ave.

Went to get a latte asked what size then told me the machine didn’t work? It works they’re just lazy to use it and clean it again. 🙄 Night shift guy sucks.

I have been coming here for over 2 years and have had no issues and don’t mind waiting if the lines are long. Today I went through the drive through and sat at the speaker for 10 minutes. After 15 minutes of sitting and calling out multiple times I figured maybe the speaker was broken so I pulled around. When I arrived at the window a bag was shoved in my face and I was told a total mind you I had not ordered. I explained the the worker that I figured the machine was broken and pulled around since I had now been waiting 20 minutes and asked if he was able to take my order from the window. He said “your not supposed to do that you need to wait so now you can pull around and wait again” so I pulled around waited AGAIN and placed my order again I was greeted with a bag shoved in my face and rude attitude. Not only that but they also gave me the WRONG ORDER! After this experience I will NEVER be returning to this location. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

I always visit the terracotta shrine Dunkin on my way to work. Perfect to bring visitors to see the monument.
They always use liquid sugar instead of granulated and I absolutely can't stand it.

I just had the best cup of coffee! I don't ever give 5 stars unless it's fantastic, it was! Got a small (my mistake) butter pecan and 25 munchkins. The pumpkin holes were Marvelous!
