The food was cold and nasty went back to get fresh food and they thought it was coo to reheat the cold nasty food, I demanded a refund they conveniences me to get it remade the second batch was even nastier coffee was ok not to mention they didn’t replace my hash browns which was in my bag with the cold food I’ve should’ve know better Judi g from the Indian food videos from they home town

Very disappointed with the customer service and overall experience. I initially planned to order through the drive-thru but decided to go inside to use the restroom first. Right away, I noticed the limited parking and had to park on the street and walk in. When I entered, I asked a barista if I could use the restroom, and she said yes, but then seemed to need confirmation from what appeared to be the manager. The manager refused to unlock the restroom, so I asked why. Instead of simply answering, she asked if I was planning to make a purchase, which I found offensive since I had never been asked that at other locations. I explained that I did intend to buy something, but after using the restroom, I decided I’d rather spend my money where customers are treated with basic respect. As I was leaving, the manager yelled after me, demanding to know if I was still going to make a purchase. At that point, due to her attitude, I firmly said no and walked out.

It's a dunkin donuts and yet they don't accept the promos on the app. Took my money but did not honor a promo. At least post a sign you don't accept promos from the app. Will not visit ever again.

Really bad experience here. There’s no one at the counter, had to wait 20 for someone to take my order and another 20 for a cup of coffee and a donut. Trash service.

There was a special for the coffee, hash browns, and sandwich at $6. I said that I didn’t want the hash browns.

Got to the drive thru window and the price jumped to $10.45 bc I didn’t get the meal- w the hash browns.

Why not do do a favor for the regular customer - charge $6 and hold the hash browns?

I’ll never come back.

I’ve been getting my decaf here during the week is perfect but I feel like every Saturday, when I order it online, they put the regular coffee instead of decaf…..I can feel the difference, idk why they can’t just check carefully… it’s frustrating because then I can’t drink it…it’s starting to get annoying.

Every time I order I emphasize to replace all dairy (milk or cream in my drink) to only oat milk. They always put in both the milk and the oat milk. This has happened several times. Despite me being pretty annoying when ordering to make sure I say no dairy at all just oat milk.
