Mehul and Caesar provided the worst service. Overall just seemed reluctant to provide a good experience and long wait times. Not my first time I receive poor service here. Never returning.

The lady who’s doing night shift is very rude and unprofessional. I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ for almost 5 years and she’s been the same. I just have to say one thing “if you don’t like to work there just quit” instead of treating people disrespectful.

This location is pretty good with its coffee, but I would recommend ordering from the app. My order has never wrong when I do it through there.
If you do order in person, make sure you enunciate your order clearly and slowly because they will not hear your actual order and give you the wrong drink. I ordered a Medium S’more’s Cold Brew with light Oatmilk and I got a small plain cold brew instead.
I was already running late so I just left. I wouldn’t have ordered a simple drink that I could have made at home, so I’m annoyed that I spent money on something that I didn’t intend to get.
