Truly the best Dunkin in Chicago and probably the state and country. The donuts and bagels are always fresh. The store is always pritistinely clean and open 24 hours. On top of all that, the staff is amazing!! A special out to Shila and Odin for always bringing the best customer service!

This location is pretty good with its coffee, but I would recommend ordering from the app. My order has never wrong when I do it through there.
If you do order in person, make sure you enunciate your order clearly and slowly because they will not hear your actual order and give you the wrong drink. I ordered a Medium S’more’s Cold Brew with light Oatmilk and I got a small plain cold brew instead.
I was already running late so I just left. I wouldn’t have ordered a simple drink that I could have made at home, so I’m annoyed that I spent money on something that I didn’t intend to get.
