Came here to get 2 cups of ice was charged five dollars one of the cups cracked within a minute I came right back in and the gentleman before I can even say what I needed told me no I had to go back-and-forth with him just to get another cup in which he tried to charge me. He was rude and I feel like because of my race, I was discriminated against if this was a different race or if this Dunkin’ Donuts was in a different area they would not be as rude as they are. I come in here almost every other day and I spent five dollars but after this incident I will not be patronizing

The service here is poor. Because there is a language and cultural barrier with the employees they are rude and got upset when explaining my order. The guy could barely speak any English. He also wasn't familiar with Dunkins menu that is posted.

I went today to get a breakfast sandwich, hash browns, and a refresher on my way to work. I ordered a bacon & cheese no egg bagel sandwich and requested no ice in my drink. Upon receiving my drink there was ice but I let it go since it wasn’t reflected on the receipt however I noticed that I was completely missing my hash browns and there was egg on my sandwich. I went inside to rectify the situation, however the cashier looked at my receipt and took the bag with the sandwich, threw a bag of hash browns inside and handed me back the bag with the same sandwich inside. He proceeded to have an attitude towards me when I pointed out that it contained the same sandwich inside.

This is the worst dunkin ever! They always mess up your order and then try to force you to call corporate to get your money back. Always check your orders because they will give you what the want you to have instead of what you ordered!!! This Arab man in there is the worst along with the older Mexican lady! They do not listen and they over talk you and have they have terrible customer service and communication skills!!!!

Yesterday, I purchased a medium hot caramel coffee from this location. When I got to work, I realized that there was no caramel in this coffee. It was plain black coffee. With that being said, I had to modify my own coffee at work, which I should not have when I purchased for a hot caramel coffee. I then returned the following day asking for accommodations for their error. They did not want to provide me a hot medium caramel coffee because the lady was having an attitude problem and the other staff members there were having attitude problems and being racist and also very rude and ignorant. I then asked for a manager's phone number. The staff ignored me for approximately 15 minutes because they realized that I was not going nowhere. So then they gave me a fake number to a manager who happened to be the ex-boyfriend to one of the staff workers that worked there in the morning. The young Hispanic lady with glasses at the drive-thru window. Horrible, horrible service. The lady who so-called was the manager of the staff there, bad, horrible attitude. I had to call corporate to get a reimbursement through an app which they could have just gave me my cup of coffee this morning. Horrible. Do not go to that Dunkin Donuts.

Went for two of the $6 Dunkin Deals. The meals came in two separate boxes. Because I had two orders which is a lot to carry, I asked for a bag. The cashier informed me they only had the donut bags, which I accepted to receive. She then turned to who I would guess to be a manager, and told them I wanted a bag. This person tells me I can’t have one because the deals come in a carton. I told them I can’t carry all this along with my other items, so can I please have a bag, they again refused. I asked to speak to a manager, the same person replied, I can’t have one, so I assumed this is the manager. Really, they won’t even give me something as simple as a bag and I made two purchases. I will never patronize this location again and let everyone I know, and put it on social media to not spend their money at this location!!!!! #ourdollarsmatter

Stop by to get a quick breakfast (drive thru), medium coffee and a bagel(butter on it). They don't put butter in your bagel , just on the side.
You normally use the drive-thru window because you are in a hurry.
I don't think you have that extra time to park and spread the butter in your bagel when you are on the go.
