Man I feel bad for those employees over work and under staffed the power lines are down in there drive up and I let them know hey u guys might wanna put something up for Safty reasons for the company etc. and call the power people to fixed that god forbid a car snags the line and RIP. The Indian guy look at me and says that’s the mgr problem like I know dame well u the mgr on shift everyone in uniform except you.

I got a dozen donuts in a large coffee. Two long johns with no cream! Unreal tried to call noone answered! Address is different on reciept than actual so they can intentionally ruin you order and nothing happens thanks for nothing! Horrible customer service!

I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but I will never come here again! I ordered a cappuccino blast and got a milkshake. BIG DIFFERENCE and the drinks aren't cheap! Last time I got an attitude from an employee and the time before that, ordered a iced caramel craze latte and i have NO idea what the hell was in that drink, I took it back. No more! Too expensive to just throw money out the window like that! So disappointing and SO DONE!

Coffee was terrible. I called as soon as I got to work at 730 am to speak to them abt this. No one ever picks up the phone. I will def be taking this coffee back and they had better not give me any issues with replacing it for something ease. Coffee so strong and I had a decaf. Taste more like reg coffee. I don’t understand how I can get the stale ingredients for my coffee at any dunkin and it taste diff at ever Dunkin. Something isn’t right

I’d rather go to Whiting Dunkin every time. You would think a new place opening would mean fresh and yummy, but it’s the opposite. The coffee has such a bad aftertaste, the munchkins are hard, and the menu items aren’t as good as the one in Whiting. I’m normally not the kinda person to complain about little things, but everything I order from there should NOT be this gross to consume.
Possibly the worst Dunkin…they always give out awful coffee, always a guessing game whether getting good coffee or awful coffee never in between. Today I ordered the signature pumpkin late, it tastes like they watered it down with maybe a drop of coffee and no flavor.

I stopped in yesterday on avenue o something caught my eye by the donuts I go look in there's at least 50 flies inside with the donuts. I tell the worker he looks at me as if I'm stupid. Do you think you're going to get my haed earned money for this nasty facility. It's a shame you want to charge$3 for a long jhon and yet they're covered in flies. I will never give my money to any Dunkin Donuts again thank you so much
