For some reason the staff do not want to serve you two workers was there at the drive-in window and I was in the lobby no one in drive-thru and they refuse to serve me just laughed at me and stood there and there are races in there

I have visited this location multiple times and it is very inconsistent. My usual order of brown sugar oat milk espresso tastes different every time (but always off/bad). I've seen staff be rude to other customers and they are frequently out of stock of basic items like bagels and donuts.

Every time I come here, coffee taste like crap and these people don’t really speak English. They can’t understand what I want to spend 30 minutes getting my coffee that twice that was bad. The first time it tasted like it was from yesterday acidity

Today was literally my first time ever visiting this specific location and for the first visit I am not pleased this location literally has the WORST Customer service ever In all my experiences at Dunkin donuts this literally is the worst and they’re slower than most locations I don’t know why because normally three people is enough maybe you all should hire some new people or reevaluate your employees because the ones in there not it

There was definitely a mouse or rat dropping located on the wake up wrap I ordered yesterday. Luckily I saw it before taking a bite! Yuck! The customer service is terrible as well.
Went to get a Medium Frozen Chocolate which I had been buying for 3 weeks straight and was told the price went up to $6.51 from $5.40. 1st my order didn't show on the drive thru board and I was told to drive up, at that point they gave me the new price of $6.51 saying the price changed. I asked when since it wasn't showing on the drive thru menu board and they didn't answer just kept saying it changed. I asked again when and stated I buy it every week and all they kept saying was the price went up and also the small went from up to $5.40 the usual price for the Medium.I just pulled off Very Disappointed and notified corporate. I think there might be some kind of theft. BEWARE IF YOU'RE TOLD TO JUST PULL AROUND THEY MIGHT BE RIPPING YOU OFF!

They attitude is Very bad and when I ask Pacificaly Pacificalyto Have my Sandwich Cut in half he First LIED AND SAID THEY DON'T HAVE A KNIFE THEN HE SAID WE DON'T HAVE HASHBROWNS AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY DID NOT CUT MY SANDWICH.....SERVICE IS NOT GOOD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

My Ham and Cheese Croissant was very good. I love how my bacon snack came out. I would've posted a picture of it, but I was hungry 😅
