Love Love

The gentleman who works around 3:30 a.m. at this Dunkin’. My iced coffee is always made perfectly never hit or miss and the food is always hot and fresh. One time I placed a mobile order and didn’t make it for over half an hr, and he still held it for me. Not only that, my food wasn’t even cold! He clearly cares about his work and the customers he serves. His consistency, kindness, and professionalism make every visit a pleasure. Thank you for making my mornings better every single time!

I've came here two times and both times I was treated very rudely. The workers here glar at you and rush you to order. The girl with long black hair and glasses kept rushing us to order and would respond very annoyed if we tried to change anything about our order or took a few seconds to decide. I would not recommend this Dunkin donuts to anyone and there's another one that's about 7 blocks down the street that has better service and the workers are very kind.

8:55 am- Monday on November 24th When I pulled up this girl with red brown hair and long leopard nails said over the intercom “what are you having” not any hello good morning. When I got my order she don’t say hi just 10.46 and don’t even say thank you. And rolled her eyes because back in the intercom I said can I have a second three tines because she couldn’t hear me. I’m sorry but where is the customer service these days? I didn’t do anything wrong it’s not my fault she couldn’t hear me then got pissy about it. She needs to be talked to. If you don’t like your job and you can’t even say hello good morning thank you then you don’t need to be working in customer service..

Evelia does not need to work at your establishment with her rude attitude. Customer Service makes or breaks any place and this girl obviously does not like her job, since she's treating people like crap at the window. I am nice to people when I go anywhere but let me tell you, I also will treat you if you are rude to me. Some people don't have any morals anymore. Dismiss her please!

By far the Worst Dunkin!!! The service is horrible, all the employees specially the owner have an attitude. Advise, Just drive a few blocks to another dunkin this place is not worth it!

Refused to fill up my stainless steel coffee cup. I explained I don’t want chemicals from the paper cup liner. He said they cannot do it. What a stupid stance to take. no more Duncan for me. Not a big deal, I can get coffee somewhere else. Just Complete nonsense on their part.
