Dude working the drive thru on 2/1/26 @ around midnight. We asked him for help because we were freezing outside and all our phones were dead. He asked us what we ordered and the Hispanic dude started tossing shit around because he was mad that we asked him for a charger rq just because we were freezing outside and we needed help. I was willing to order something just to get help but the dude in the drive thru has issues. Slammed the windows and started tossing everything around. Weirdo lmao. But all good never coming back here regardless of what it is lol

Tried to order and the cashier refused to tell me what kind of donuts were left in stock. Clearly there was a language barrier but the rude attitude was so incessant.

Horrible experience. Pregnant women working drive thru cannot hear or understand. Made my drink incorrectly and I told her and was given attitude. I asked for a refund & still had back talk.
I even tried speaking Spanish to make it easier for her to understand but nope. Horrible employee & service.

They should’ve built a gas station here instead. I was just there and i had to just drive off without my order. I pulled up & my daughter and i was deciding what to order . The woman comes back to the mic and i order a drink for myself and a drink for my daughter…silence… i say hello a few times and then she comes back on says pull up, without letting me know the total & the order isn’t on the screen. I pulled around and the pregnant woman comes to the window with credit card reader and i asked why the price was so high and tell her i only ordered 2 drinks. She rolls her eyes and is BARELY able to communicate so i say i only ordered 2 drinks and would like to add a donut and she proceeds to get an attitude and says we are out lol. The customer service is terrible. Close up shop.

Extremely Unprofessional Behavior at Drive-Thru

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin drive-thru today. I ordered a medium hot coffee with 2 caramel. When I reached the payment window, the screen showed 3 caramel.

I calmly pointed out the mistake and repeated that I wanted only 2 caramel. The staff insisted it was correct, even though the billing screen clearly showed otherwise.

When I said I no longer wanted the order and was ready to leave, the situation escalated unnecessarily. One male employee used curse words and spoke in a very disrespectful and aggressive manner.

This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially for a customer-facing role. A simple correction turned into an argument that could have been avoided with basic courtesy and listening.

I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training on customer service and communication. No customer should be spoken to this way over a simple coffee order.

Service WITHOUT a smile!!! I was excited to try this relatively new Dunkin donut and was unpleasantly shocked at the rudeness of the pregnant woman who backed away from the window when asked how to get to my next gift card in my app. She asked someone else to come to help and she wasn’t much better. We figured it out ourselves as the two of them stood there acting irritated. We apologized twice once we figured it out and the two women ignored our apology by walking away.

The night shift 1/28/25 8:10 pm, man in his 20s-30s (almost no English) very disgusting and bad customer service . I shouldn’t even took the coffee, we through it in the trash, didn’t know if he did something to it.

Took me days to get a refund in points because I had to call corporate. Apparently they hear a lot of bad things about this store, it needs to be shut down!!

I placed an order for pickup. I waited at least 10 minutes before i picked it up. I get there and they tell me they’re out. Nobody contacted me, every time i go in here something is messed up. Fired everyone and hire ppl who can work

WORST EVER!!! Dserves zero stars. Nov 29, 2025 it's 2am, I'm trying to grab coffee and a sandwich before getting on the road to beat the snow storm that was coming. We ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 latte and a $6 meal. I was missing my latte, 1 sandwich, and the hash browns were soaked in grease. We drove back around in drive-thru, I let the tall Hispanic employee know what happened. He snatched my bag thru the drive thru window, yelled at me that the hash browns were fresh, threw the bag to the side, I never got my food that I was willing to pay for because he left it off the 1st time. He didn't even give me my receipt back so I don't know his name, and I needed it. I was terrified and just drove off. This was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I'm not for people losing their jobs but he needs to be replaced. I WOULD NEVER support this Dunkin Donuts ever again.

They need more staff here. When you place an order in the mornings, they have ridiculously long lines. Cars are always backed up. I think I’ll stop coming here altogether, but I think they need more stuff to help. L
