Never in my life have I experienced such disrespect from an employee and any establishment. The man at the Dunkin side there this evening was great, the person running the ice cream was absolutely not. They we're rude, annoyed with our order and verbalized it several times. Refused a refund when we asked for one because of their attitude. Finally got our order when the man from the Dunkin' counter came to finish it. Wish I could give negative stars.

The manger is just horrible. I come in everyday and noticed there’s always a new crew and never know what to do. I hardly see who’s in charge and when I asked for a manger a employee said “she’s not here” what kind of store is being run by someone who doesn’t know how to train new people. My food was burnt, my coffee was horrible and overall this is the worse dunkin I’ve ever been too. Please find a new manger who takes their job seriously and have more control of the employees.

Great location in the Streeterville neighborhood to get a quick scoop of ice cream! (And it's a joint Dunkin' Donuts shop, so you can also get some coffee or donuts too.) My personal favorite flavor is a scoop of mint chocolate chip in a cup, but there are always tons of different flavors to pick from, as well as some delectable dipped waffle cones to use as another vessel for the ice cream. Nice option for a treat in the Chicago summer (or anytime, really!).

Came here at 9:20pm to get my free birthday scoop. The man said ice cream is closed at 9pm but all of the ice cream was still out. The store doesn’t close until 10pm. This is unprofessional

Disorganized to the point of insanity. No communication from employees. Took 30 minutes to get 2 scoops of ice cream. Hot. Dirty. Worst ice cream experience I have ever had.

Great place and location. Unfortunately Baskin Robbins closes early so we weren’t able to get ice cream at 9:45pm.

Stopped in to get a hot fudge sundae and was told that they don't have cups for Sunday's nor do they have any of the toppings so I switched to a mint chocolate chip waffle cone and once I left I realised that the mint chocolate chip they served me is completely freezer burned and inedible- worst experience at an ice cream shop ever.

There is no reason for this not be be a thriving establishment. It's located in a robust area. It's nestled comfortably between several hotels. It had great signage and easy sidewalk access. I noticed several times that gave me pause. The first being paper strewn over the floor. I chalked that up to a busy Friday afternoon. The staff let me remain invisible for the short time I was there. No greeting no offer to help no request to take my order. That I found inexcusable and I left.

What a dump! Coffee taste like mud and the donuts you could use for Hocky pucks!

Ordered a vanilla milkshake and as they were making it I assume the guy was new as when he made it he forgot to put the lid on the blender and the whole thing hit the top of the guard cover. Nasty right. Instead of remaking it, he poured it as if it was ok and saw that it was enough to fill the cup some make some more just enough to fill the cup. But I thought hey they clean that so maybe I'll still be good, I was wrong I felt like I was drinking a 32 ounce glass of milk instead of a milkshake. Wasn't thick like I was used to getting from Baskin Robbins. Don't know if they'll read this, but if they are training a new hire they really need to shadow the person to ensure that the quality remains the same.

Idk if it's a new hire issue, or a failure on management's part, but the guy working here just made two drinks for me and my boyfriend that tasted like they were made with rotten milk. So so bad I've never had to pay for anything this gross before
