Visiting Millennium Park, this is the closest Dunkin Donuts since the first one is closed, maybe even permanently, I don't know for sure, the 3rd shift Manager is more concerned with seeing that one as a visitor does not take photos to document how dirty the place is. place, the service is average and they focus more on selling than keeping the area clean, so you don't feel like having coffee with them, if this is how the work area is, I can't imagine how the preparation material must be. Better throw away what you buy.

Nayeli, is such a delight when coming to pick up my mobile order. I work in the dental office 3 buildings away, I don't always order but she always remembers my name ! She is so sweet and very attentive to the guest.

I had bad experience at this location I ordered a ice late all I have was a glass of milk and just a drop of coffee 10 dollars for a glass of ice this is ridiculous so donkin please add some more coffee to my iced late please .

On Monday September 11th, I placed 2 orders via the app for this store, when I arrived to pick up the orders I was informed that the drinks would not be possible as the machine was broken. I immediately wanted to cancel the orders that also included something to eat. I didn't see any point in taking the order half-full, missing the coffee that was the fall launch, pumpkin flavor. I spoke to someone who told me to contact the company to get my money back, I tried to do it via the app's chat, but I was unsuccessful, I also called the number available on the app a few times but it was all a recording full of options that weren't mine, I finally decided to send an email saying what had happened to try to get a refund, but so far no one has responded to me. I thought things would be simpler, as they are a big company they should treat customers more responsibly, since it wasn't my fault the machine was broken, I don't have to take the order half-full if I don't want to. I am very, very disappointed!

THIS DUNKIN LOCATION CHARGES ME EXTRA FOR SELECTING “LESS ICE”. Really? I have been coming to Dunkin for decades! No other Dunkin location does that!!! I brought it up to the manager and she got very snippy with me!!!

Great location in very busy college, office, and retail area. Thks Should be a gold mone. It is more like an abandoned one.Fast service compared to most Dunkin's. Nice people working the counters.There is a lot of open space with only a few little tables and cheezy chairs. Other coffee shops very close by were packed full of happy patrons. This one has ZERO appeal to stop and have coffee and more with a friend. It's almost like you'd be embarrassed to be seen there. You almost feel gross sitting in the plastic chairs, which looked years old.The visual unappealing space leaves Dunkin with only quick cheap purchases to go by cheap patrons and yet a real estate bill that other shops have turned more profitable by making it a fun and stylish place to go.

Raj and Raju are superstars! The rest of the staff is great! Raj and Raju know everyone's name and take care of me very well! They deserve raises as do all the women! They're great. Only issue is street and homeless people cause problems that the employees can't do anything about because Chicago police are not allowed to help them.

This location is terrible, possibly the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. They gave me the wrong donut, even though the receipt clearly listed what flavor I ordered. When I got to work, I realized they had given me the wrong flavor and I don’t eat the flavor they gave me. So I threw the donut away.Also, the iced coffee tasted like it had ZERO coffee in it. It tasted like they just gave me a cup of cold water with cream and caramel. I have never had such a watery/diluted coffee in my life. I waited over 10 minutes for these two items, and both items were bad/incorrect.
