This dunkin has freshly baked & properly risen bagels! Not the frozen ones most dunkins carry. I go out of my way to come to this dunkin if I want a bagel they are really worth it.

I purchased a coffee and a donut then asked to use the restroom. They said they had no restrooms, as I was about to leave I noticed a curtain over the door to the restroom so I went in and used the restroom. As I was doing so I was harassed by an employee regarding use of the restroom. I thought there was an ordinance about public restrooms. Also I do have a medical issue that would allow me to sue under the ADA. I won't bother going there in the future anyway.

I have a feeling the management is an issue at this location, as there never are the same people working here ever, it's always different people working and they always all look miserable, having people constantly in and out of the job makes the drinks always tasting terribly inconsistent!
The best guy they ever had was this one dude who always had his nails done maybe 3-4 years ago, and since then there hasnt been someone to make coffee as good as him.
Also, why do they not know what a mocha is or how to make one?
The customer service varies on who the new person working is, because sometimes they are very nice or very rude.

The hours of operation on Google are posted as open 24 hours but it's not. Only the drive thru is open 24 hrs, aside from that, the store is closed before the sun even sets. On the off chance i make it in before they close, the staff always seems annoyed to service you.

Been coming here for over 7 years and they still can’t get orders right if you modify anything in the slightest way. Check your bag before leaving if you order anything besides coffee. That’s literally the only thing that gets done right.

I've been going there a few times a week ordered my coffee wasn't made right. I usually ask for extra swirl I ask manager was very rude when I hold her it wasn't made right and wanted to charge me again for making it needless to say won't be going there again

I am convinced every employee at this Dunkin Donuts hates working there. Furthermore, every time I have purchased anything at this location it is subpar and regretful. This is a terrible reflection of this otherwise great company. What a shame. It’s almost as if they go to work to deliver terrible food to people in turn ruining more days. Awful place never go here.

This place seems like they dont care about serving, we ordered a bacon egg and cheese and the cheese had hair on it and a bug wing, i returned it to them and only changed the cheese and the sandwich is cold, the other sandwich i ordered was cold too, i will personally contact the food and health inspectors

Got an egg and chorizo wrap with coffee this morning. After taking bite, it tasted like rotten and spoiled. Took another bite, just to make sure and it was awfully bad. Little later in the morning, I started having stomach pain - hopefully it does not get any worse. This is a serious lack of accountability issue of serving food to customers that are expired and can put the health of customers in danger. Stay away from this Dunkin location.
