No toilet for the customers I was with special need person and the lady manager won’t let us use the restroom very arrogant and rude calling customers honey .
Dunkin’ head office should lecture their managers how to host and speak to customers.

I was arrived at 7 pm and the door was closed. Why it’s written that it’s open 24/7
Don’t go to this Dunkin! I ordered a small signature latte which showed a cost of $3.99 on the board but they charged me twice as much! When I asked them about it they said it was tax but I could see in the receipt that tax was 55 cents! They then said it was tax before the tax! What does that mean? I know I won’t be going back there!

Dumpy store. There is no bathroom for the public. It's a coffee shop for goodness sake! Does have a weird drive through.

This dunkin has freshly baked & properly risen bagels! Not the frozen ones most dunkins carry. I go out of my way to come to this dunkin if I want a bagel they are really worth it.
Usually on point but my latte was very lukewarm, borderline cold. 😔
Everyone was very friendly and everything was made very well!
Quick and friendly service. I was happy to see they had a 6 dollar meal.
I purchased a coffee and a donut then asked to use the restroom. They said they had no restrooms, as I was about to leave I noticed a curtain over the door to the restroom so I went in and used the restroom. As I was doing so I was harassed by an employee regarding use of the restroom. I thought there was an ordinance about public restrooms. Also I do have a medical issue that would allow me to sue under the ADA. I won't bother going there in the future anyway.

I have a feeling the management is an issue at this location, as there never are the same people working here ever, it's always different people working and they always all look miserable, having people constantly in and out of the job makes the drinks always tasting terribly inconsistent!
The best guy they ever had was this one dude who always had his nails done maybe 3-4 years ago, and since then there hasnt been someone to make coffee as good as him.
Also, why do they not know what a mocha is or how to make one?
The customer service varies on who the new person working is, because sometimes they are very nice or very rude.
The hours of operation on Google are posted as open 24 hours but it's not. Only the drive thru is open 24 hrs, aside from that, the store is closed before the sun even sets. On the off chance i make it in before they close, the staff always seems annoyed to service you.
Been coming here for over 7 years and they still can’t get orders right if you modify anything in the slightest way. Check your bag before leaving if you order anything besides coffee. That’s literally the only thing that gets done right.
The morning staff have my heart. They know me on a first name basis and I get so happy when I see them. They’re all so lovely and kind. Thank you to the morning staff for being awesome. 🫶🏻
