This Dunkin used to be really hit and miss, but ever since Nina started working there I've really noticed a huge improvement. My drinks are consistent and the food is always hot and ready when I go to pick-up. They know my name and are really sweet about honoring substitutions when they are out of an item.
This location is TERRIBLE!! I always order the snackin' bacon and now every time I get it, it doesn't have the sweet black pepper on it like it's supposed to, they just give u plain bacon! Not acceptable!! Also crew workers barely speak English, it's hard to let them know when they mess up an order! This location is terrible, they need more English speaking workers and everyone needs to be retrained on the proper way to prepare the items, my order should not always be wrong

Great service and no delays. Love this location. Western location doesn't hold it together when it comes to service and the management suppose to set examples and still nothing at the Western location.
