I understand morning rushes are busy but the lack of accountability and niceness is terrible at this location always rude they will make a mistake and look at you like it's your fault doesn't matter how nice you are to them they're rude.

I’ve been to this Dunkin’ location twice now, and both times the attitude from the staff especially the person at the register has been unwelcoming and rude. Today was the final straw. I ordered a regular coffee, and literally 5 seconds later I asked if I could change it to a decaf. The cashier told me no, that I’d have to pay again for a new coffee. Seriously?

Every other Dunkin’ or even Starbucks I’ve been to is more accommodating and polite. It’s a simple request, and I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. Instead, I was met with attitude and zero willingness to help.

This location has consistently bad service, and it’s clear customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I won’t be returning and I suggest others to not come to this location

I went to the store at 1575 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60605 at around 8:50 AM on Friday June 27, 2025. I ordered eight donuts and the mint chocolate chip latte, but the person taking my order thought that I ordered coffee. I corrected it, but the worker was absolutely unfriendly and rude. She was not a very nice person to me and as a result, I ended up asking for a refund for The drink that I ordered, which ended up being the coffee, whereas I asked for a latte. I am leaving a review online, because I wonder if this type of unfriendliness is geared towards others. And I don’t think that it is right.

Shorted on Food, Bad Vibes All Around

Nasty attitudes all around. I got the $6 deal that includes coffee, a sandwich, and hash browns—but they gave me *six tiny bite-sized pieces* of hash browns. Not a full portion by any stretch. While I was waiting, I saw the manager charge another customer extra for just *a jelly packet*, so it’s clear this kind of behavior is intentional. It really feels like they’re cutting corners and don’t care about the customer experience. Won’t be going back.

This is the best Dunkin in the United States, no question. Orders are almost instant, I’ve almost never had an order issue here and if we did it has been corrected immediately, everyone is friendly and the food and coffee taste great. It’s materially different and better than other Dunkins. Thanks!!

I ordered on the app, and the money was taken off my card but the app said the order wasnt placed. I go to the store and tell the manager and show him the transaction for the same amount and he (Mo) RUDELY tells me to contact my bank and he cant help me. A scam. You're better off going to uber eats to a better location. Thanks for nothing, Mo.

I just had the BEST experience at Dunkin’, all thanks to Moe! He made my Brown sugar, shaken espresso absolutely perfect—just the right balance of flavor and sweetness, and you can tell he really cares about getting it just right. On top of that, his customer service was top-notch. Moe was friendly, attentive, and made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in.

This Dunkin’ location has always been good, but Moe truly went above and beyond. If you want a great coffee and an even better experience, ask for Moe—he’s the real MVP! Thanks, Moe, for starting my day off right!
