The Dunkin at 1519 W Madison in Chicago ranks the worst in terms of customer friendly service and professionalism. I recently went to this location to get some coffee and was told we didn’t make any decaf - and never offered to make any. Also on a previous recent visit to the same location - the same male worker had the cleaning bucket and mops barricading the door at 5:35pm and the door was locked! The store sign said open until 6pm. So I knocked on the door and I said aren’t you open until 6pm - which the male worker yelled back - “they don’t pay me for any overtime”!

I went in for an iced coffee, and the person in front of me and I were made to wait quite a while to order. Finally, when the person in front of me was asked about their order, the server offered a donut for waiting. I thought she would offer me a donut too for the wait, but she didn't offer me anything, and they still made me wait another 10 minutes for my iced coffee and avocado toast. She completely ignored my time.

Service varies... It gets extremely busy because of the metro area. Hospital, businesses, schools etc.... But overall no major issues. Try not to get bit by the impatient bug.

I will forever go out of my way to come to the specific dunkin' donuts. The staff is always so sweet no matter how chaotic it is there. And there's one particular gentleman who has started giving me my ice coffee wrapped in a napkin after he noticed that I always make myself a koozie out of napkins to avoid getting my hands wet from the condensation. What a king.

Worst DD in the city. People are absolutely deranged to say that the service is prompt and efficient. This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to in my life. I have over 200,000 reward points so I travel around quite a bit. They need a completely different management and staff. I have never written a review for anything Total crap. 100% crap

The young lady at this location had an I don't want to work attitude. I redeemed points for two large mango pineapple lemonade refreshers. They tasted like pure lemonade! A swarm of kids came in and I was in a hurry. Let somebody who wants to work get that job. No receipt either! Eat in #2415

I mostly visit Dunkin during weekends. But whenever I visit, they never fail to disappoint me. They don’t even know who got which coffee and total unprofessional staff. Every time I get my coffee wrong
This supposed to be a remodel place who just opened two weeks ago and it’s dirty., they don’t wipe on top of the counter top., the Lobby is needs to be swept and Mopped but then young girls all they doing is chat and talk about other co-workers and it’s not even busy in the afternoon after 1:30

Got hashbrowns under cooked, hot chocolate waterdown, and sandwiches were literally smashed skippy on bacon. Made a big deal because i complained the hash browns were under cooked while the other employees are talking bad about another employee. Just go to a different Dunkin
