This supposed to be a remodel place who just opened two weeks ago and it’s dirty., they don’t wipe on top of the counter top., the Lobby is needs to be swept and Mopped but then young girls all they doing is chat and talk about other co-workers and it’s not even busy in the afternoon after 1:30

Got hashbrowns under cooked, hot chocolate waterdown, and sandwiches were literally smashed skippy on bacon. Made a big deal because i complained the hash browns were under cooked while the other employees are talking bad about another employee. Just go to a different Dunkin

I've ordered pickup a few times here on my way to work. The team seems to be really efficient + there's a small parking lot attached you can pull into really quick. That alone is a bonus

Took 10 minutes to get a latte that didn't even have coffee in it. It was just milk and flavoring. Asked for a new one and it wasn't much better. Terrible service.
