Took 10 minutes to get a latte that didn't even have coffee in it. It was just milk and flavoring. Asked for a new one and it wasn't much better. Terrible service.
Just a shout out to Bernie for always being cheerful and so very patient and helpful she’s awesome and I’m so thankful for her help!! Need more employees like her !!!

It's good if you just need a standard cup of coffee. I'm not over the moon and it doesn't provides a quite place to study, but for your caffeine needs, it does the job.

This was our first time coming to this location and the cashier who helped us had the nastiest attitude. She made it very obvious that she did not want to be there. She was on her phone most of the time and didn’t even acknowledge most of the customers walking in. I didn’t catch her name but there’s no need to be like that. The donuts we bought were alright and the coffee my sister bought was made alright also but I wouldn’t come here again.

I have been coming to this location since the middle of June when I moved close by. The manager, who refused to give me her name has been extremely rude to me each time I see her. Each time I order a breakfast sandwich she always asks me if I want a bag. Yet with no other customer does she bother with such stupidity. This morning I lost my cool because I am sick and tired of being discriminated against by this woman. The rest of the staff is otherwise courteous to me. I just want this on record that if she continues treating me this way, I will need to engage an attorney on my behalf. There is no excuse for such unprofessionalism. I asked her why would she ask me such a question and she told me that, "in my opinion, I think it's wasteful to use bags." First of all her opinion is unnecessary given the situation. So I would advise the owners of this establishment to retrain this manager and warn her against discrimination, because I am disabled gives her no right to treat me or anyone else this way. Please be advised that a person under the Americans with Disabilities Act laws are not to be persecuted in any way, otherwise there could be very negative consequences to such actions.
