Just did an online order for a large iced caramel with whip macchiato I accidentally went to the wrong store and ended up going to where my order was placed due to me not thoroughly reading the room he was very short staffed as he was the only one working and backed up on orders I just realized how bad in behavior I was as I too was irate over my own mishap and I apologize I was simply asking to just redo the espresso shots as anyone in coffee or a barista knows that the shots once pulled has to be used immediately otherwise they will be sour and bitter in taste I didn’t want you to redo the whole drink but again I apologize and i credit you for taking on the rush and my not so great behavior as well as I was rushing after going to the wrong location thinking it that my iced beverage would be watered down and a loss despite coming and the short staffed you faced while working hard to accommodate and I apologize again

I'm very pist off and horrible service TODAY. I was there and one other person. She only ordered one drink. I then ordered one drink I said Strawberry shortcake coolatta she said we have that I said great. I wanted bacon egg and cheese bagel lightly toasted. 1. She didn't fill my drink to the top. 2. She only had one glove on while handling my food and I saw her touch my food with the hand that didn't have glove on. I told her I didn't want the drink or food and to give me a refund and she said she couldn't. I'm soooo upset 😡 😤 Took her 15 minutes and guess what my sandwich was burnt and only had bacon inside. My drink wasn't what I asked for. She needs to be retrained for sure. She moves very slow.

I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel and felt so disappointed with the quality. My sausage was small, dehydrated, and a little burnt. Compared to the Dunkin on Harlem their quality is so much better like the sausage and egg it’s juicy, fluffy, and almost fresh. Here I also ordered the loaded hash brown bowl it was literally hash browns in a cup with American cheese. Don’t waste your money on that.

I bought a coffee and a dozen donuts online. When I arrived to the dunkin they did not have the donuts ready and the coffee tasted absolutely horrendous. It tasted as if it had been brewed in the morning and left all day. This had severely disappointed me.
The employees know mine and my friends order by heart and greet us warmly every morning. It means so much to us! Thanks for being so caring and welcoming to us. Coming here several mornings a week makes our day a bit brighter :)

Went to get coffee and decided I wanted to try some donuts and when I was looking at the donuts there was lots of ants walking about about the donuts. I changed my mind not to get anything from them. Disgusting!!

This is genuinely the worst coffee experience I’ve ever had. Upon walking up to the front register, I found myself waiting there for five minutes waiting to be greeted. Finally I see a girl walking around behind the counter, and I have to call out to her a few times before she even noticed me. I just placed my order, paid, and waited for my frozen coffee, which came out looking completely incorrect, with no whipped cream or toppings or syrup of course. I took a sip and the drink just tasted BURNT. I decided to just ask for a refund as I had somewhere to be. The girl said she can’t do a refund (?) and offered to remake my drink, but I didn’t have the time or optimism for a new drink by her, so as a last resort I asked if she can take my name down for another time and she declined. If you want to be ignored and love disgusting coffee this is your place. NEVER AGAIN!!
