The gentleman working in the morning was very rude and disrespectful from the moment I arrived there. He was constantly harassing me and after I ordered my drink I proceeded to sit in the booth I was at. Yes it was for a few hours but I was not bothering anyone or causing any problems. Without asking me to leave, he then called the cops on me and had me removed, and refused to refund me for my drink which I was not yet finished with. He assumed I wasn't gonna buy anything and was upset when I did and stayed too long in his eyes. Why was I singled out when I was keeping to myself and a paying customer like everyone else. I will be following up with this matter and would like to have contact with corporate and have this unprofessional, disrespectful, discriminating employee reprimanded for embarrassing me in front of a big crowd of people and I want my money back for the drink I was forced to finish outside the building where I am currently sitting

We stopped for lunch and had pancakes and The Best corned beef hash I have ever tasted!!! We were able to sit outside and they were also very dog friendly. Will come back here for sure!

I don't usually write reviews, but I accidentally placed my order at a different Dunkin' Donuts location through the app. This location honored my order for free -- even though it was totally my mistake! Despite always being packed, the service is always prompt, polite, and correct. I pass several coffee chains on my way to work (including 3 different Dunkin' Donuts) and always pick this one -- the people who work here are so nice!

THE WORKERS ARE VERY INCONSIDERATE! During CTU protest, they would not unlock the bathroom door. Even though people in line had made purchases.
Got there as they opened so everything was fresh. Employee looked like they needed a cup of coffee though.

Despite seeing me on a regular basis the same cashier/ manager has s problem remembering what I order but remember other people's and speak to them, but I get treated poorly when I speak my order daily and get the same thing for over 2yrs. and when they still get it wrong and get a attitude with me, then the staff sit my order down while waiting for the other customers pick their order up form out of their hand, but I Still remain respectful this is horrible how I'm treated !!! Then some days im treated better not good, But, the employee named Maria is the reason I even patronize this place, she's awesome !!!!

One star because they are lazy! I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and asked them to put it in the bagel. (Yes that’s an option on the app - spread or on the side) and obviously the woman there was too lazy to do so. I went there on a Saturday at 11.50 pm. There was no one in line, it was not a busy morning. She is just lazy!

One star, because the workers were rude, didn't care if customers were still in line ten minutes before closing. I was in line at 7:45, and after 5 minutes just to tell a customer, "oh sorry, we're out of that." After that, the rest of the customers in line were told to leave because "we have to clean up before closing". Overall a terrible experience. Watched two people walk up to the door to order something and they just locked the door in their faces.
