5 stars is based off of other Dunkin experiences.Really impressed by how nice and fast the service was.The hot chocolate was terrific!Nice to have prices not be crazy high like other coffee shops in the city.
My first experience of Dunkin' was 2 decades ago in Seoul, Korea. I just loved it and would buy a ton of stuff before getting on the plane to Singapore. Back then Singapore did not have any. My first experience of Dunkin' in the US since we moved to the US was this week. I asked for a dark roast coffee brew and was turned down by the guy behind the counter. I ended up buying the regular stuff and it was good enough to pour over my frozen feet. I swallowed the mediocre...
the food and drink is perfect, but sometimes in the morning rush, they have only one poor employee taking the orders, making the sandwiches, etc. Very slow service. They need to hire more help.
