Always filling up drinks with lots of ice I’m never coming here again. I can barely put my straw through my drink btch.
Their service is horrible and they do not listen. They will rob you by filling your drink up with ice and then charge you almost a dollar for requesting LESS. You will get less for what you paid for dealing with this location.
They didn’t have food at 1:14pm. What a joke
Always quick service and great customer service
When entering I was not greeted, and I had to wait almost 10 minutes to even be serviced. The only reason I stayed that long was to see how long it would actually take for them to take my order. It seems as if they only have enough workers to handle the drive through and they were barely able to keep that moving
Worst quality and service from any dunkin I've been to
Even though we couldn't get the order that we wanted because it was too late and they couldn't sell the donut we wanted to buy, the sales guy was very polite and very nice. He explained to us that he would have loved to sell the donut that he had left to us, but because he had had them since morning, and it was around 11 pm when we got there so they were not fresh, and he had to throw them away. We even ended up having some friendly chat before leaving. Will definitely recommend
This review is from past experience. The lady whom was at the register at that time was very rude, and so was the man at the drive thru. I stop patronizing this Dunkin because the disrespect they give in our community is not worthy of my money.

I don't expect much from a Dunkin Donuts and this location is average. The service was efficient and I received my order very fast. I ordered the sourdough bread breakfast sandwich which came with no sauce or condiments and a bottled Pepsi. The total came to a little over $8.00 which in my opinion is a bit much for breakfast but with no other dining options available I gladly paid the $8.00 and change. I was disappointed that the sandwich didn't come with any condiments nor included any sauce and was served as a dry sandwich. The location also had a few homeless men inside attempting to stay warm. There is no chairs or tables but a wide window shelf where you can stand and eat if you so desire. In a crunch I would visit again but not a preferred choice. I had some training around the corner and this was the only available dining option nearby.
Parking: It's Chicago so parking is very limited.
Kid-friendliness: All children are welcome at Dunkin Donuts.
Wheelchair accessibility: You can access this location by wheelchair.

I ordered a small peppermint coffee at 6a, I got lukewarm, last-batch coffee...😑

Worker named Chigaga (male) was incredibly rude to me after making my drink wrong. He refused to remake the drink after I asked politely and when I asked for the manager he refused. Do better we don’t deserve this kind of treatment. Very bad attitude as well.

They never get the order right every time they give me what they want not what I ordered and it’s the same guy at the window everyday. It’s never a label on the cup that itemizes what you requested. this is probably the reason they can’t get it right
No matter how quickly you call ahead your order. They are slow and your order is never made until you pull up to the window. Sometimes there's only one person working so you still have to wait longer than necessary for your order.
Dietary restrictions: They charge more than normal Dunkin Donuts for Oat milk.
