Horrible customer service given from man at window. My items which are donuts weren’t all available except for 1 and they figured give me what they want I asked for water and they couldn’t even give me any the man got upset threw my bag at me and closed the window. Management needs to step up on this one I’m a retail manager and this type of behavior is unacceptable and it’s harmful for an establishment where people are serviced! Unbelievable I will never return to this specific franchise Dunkin’ Donuts again!

Dunkin Donuts 5454 s State street, Chicago ill. Horrible service and attitude. The employee acts like he’s doing you a favor by serving you. He is rude, doesn’t listen, gets your order wrong every time and then gets an attitude when you tell him the orders wrong. I keep saying I’ll never go there again. This time for sure. Shut him and his business down. I don’t want to give him not 1 star.

Every time I visit this location, the staff is consistently rude and never serving hot food in the evenings. Today, November 6, 2025, at approximately 1:20 PM, I requested hot food and the drive-through employee immediately said, “No.” When I asked what he meant, he responded, “Cold coffee or hot,” with zero explanation or professionalism.
Instead of telling customers “no,” staff should clearly communicate the issue so we actually understand what’s going on. If there are specific hours when hot food is unavailable, that needs to be posted in the drive-through where customers can see it. It’s beyond frustrating when you’re trying to grab something quick and get met with poor service and attitude instead.
This is a repeated problem at this location, and the behavior is unacceptable

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. Ordered some donuts for my family and when I get home THESE DONUTS WERE MELTED AND WATERY. DONT even look like donuts they look like a child made them at home. They look like a dog licked them. If I could give zero reviews I would. This place needs to immediately be taken down. Iced coffee was also disgusting. Doesn’t taste like coffee it tastes like milk with a weird after taste.

Everything had the smell and aftertaste of sour dish rag smell. I threw the food away .
There’s no seating on the inside. It took them 5 minutes to acknowledge me when I came inside after making eye contact multiple times. The guy finally comes over and tries to give me donuts wearing the same gloves he was wearing while moping the floors. Disgusting.

The guy at the drive thru window was very rude. First he did t even fill my drink completely, and then he talked to me like I was stupid when I asked him a question. I also asked for caramel to be in my drink, but I taste no caramel. I’ll never come back here again.
