Dunkin Donuts 5454 s State street, Chicago ill. Horrible service and attitude. The employee acts like he’s doing you a favor by serving you. He is rude, doesn’t listen, gets your order wrong every time and then gets an attitude when you tell him the orders wrong. I keep saying I’ll never go there again. This time for sure. Shut him and his business down. I don’t want to give him not 1 star.

There’s no seating on the inside. It took them 5 minutes to acknowledge me when I came inside after making eye contact multiple times. The guy finally comes over and tries to give me donuts wearing the same gloves he was wearing while moping the floors. Disgusting.

Even though we couldn't get the order that we wanted because it was too late and they couldn't sell the donut we wanted to buy, the sales guy was very polite and very nice. He explained to us that he would have loved to sell the donut that he had left to us, but because he had had them since morning, and it was around 11 pm when we got there so they were not fresh, and he had to throw them away. We even ended up having some friendly chat before leaving. Will definitely...
