Male duty in morning is arrogant negative vibes instead of good morning with smile complaining in there task if you have kiosk ask customer nicely to get order in kiosk not telling you can’t order in cashiers

Tight and efficient service, cashier did a great job accommodating my vegetarian needs and was punctual with her service.

When you order bakery items as a mobile order, they literally never have it ready for pickup. I always have to ask for my bakery items. Please get a better system

This location hasn’t improved much since I last experienced it years ago. Reading recent reviews, it looks like the same problems are still lingering. If Parveen is still the owner, hopefully she’s keeping a closer eye on how things are being run—some consistency and accountability could really help this place turn around.

Black girl complaining it’s only two working then proceeds to ignore the people in front. She’s literally doing nothing and going slow. Shouldn’t work in this industry if she can’t do it.

Worst customer service

Just horrible customer service. I waited on front of the register for almost 10 minutes waiting for the lady to stop chatting with someone on the other side about how the government is raising get EBT benefits. She didn't even have the decency to tell me that she'll be with me in a moment. At the 10 minute mark, I just walked away and went to the Starbucks.

This location coffee always tastes old and weak! No matter what I order, iced or hot it's nasty! Don't even waste your money on a espresso shot because it will taste burnt! I work at this hospital but won't be going here anymore!

Without a doubt, not only the best Dunkin, but the best coffee and service I've had. I care about quality, and Jermaine delivered! Give him a raise. If other stores did the same, Dunkin would grow a lot more.

Today while I was waiting for my order, an employee (assuming it’s the manager) was berating another employee for not wearing a hat and apron. She was also not wearing a hat nor apron and made a phone call wearing the same pair of gloves that she was just handling food with. She did not switch out the gloves after using her phone. If you’re going to be rude to your employees, lead by example and at least follow food safety protocol. Extremely disappointing behavior.

This is the worst location I have ever used. Every time I place an order, they are out of the item i want. How can you run out of plain beagles in a beagle shop by noon and blueberry muffins?!

Place is awful. Ordered a decaf coffee this morning that was barely warm and tasted like it was from the bottom of a burnt pot of week old coffee and contaminated. Took one sip and threw it out. Should have gone to Starbucks on the main level. NW hospital needs to demand better of the services they allow in their building. Waste of money and time going there.

I go to this Dunkin almost daily. They're quick, clean, and are well staffed in the AM to deal with the huge crowd of people that come in the morning. Staff is friendly too! Any issues you may have with your order, they're quick to fix it.
