This was one of the worst Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to. The employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. I understand that not everyone enjoys their job, but this Dunkin’ is located inside a hospital, where people are often stressed, sick, or dealing with serious situations. A little compassion goes a long way.
I placed an order through the app, was charged twice, and the app said the order didn’t go through. When I went to the register for help, the employee told me she couldn’t do anything and directed me elsewhere instead of checking the system herself or looking at the incoming orders. There was no effort to help resolve the issue.
Management should seriously consider training staff on basic customer service and empathy—especially in a hospital setting. Kindness and professionalism matter.

Open 24/7. But serves their coffee cold at night. Rather than remake the coffee, they used the latter steamer to warm it up.

The manager is rude and refuses to provide refunds. DD's customer service is impossible to reach by phone. Avoid this location.

Normally I have no problem with this location, but today I ordered double the patty and only i got is one!
I paid 2.30 for that.
Above it all, the place was empty, no one was infront of me, otherwise, I would excise them being busy...

DD cashier with unreadable nametag starts with J at 5:50AM on 8/8/25 was incredibly rude, acted extremely bothered just to be putting donuts in a box or handing out a bagel. Keeps saying “it’s time for me to go home”. Extremely unprofessional.

Tight and efficient service, cashier did a great job accommodating my vegetarian needs and was punctual with her service.
When you order bakery items as a mobile order, they literally never have it ready for pickup. I always have to ask for my bakery items. Please get a better system
This location hasn’t improved much since I last experienced it years ago. Reading recent reviews, it looks like the same problems are still lingering. If Parveen is still the owner, hopefully she’s keeping a closer eye on how things are being run—some consistency and accountability could really help this place turn around.
