I picked up some late-night donuts from this spot that were A+. Almost got run over in the parking lot though while walking in. Perfectly fine service for the middle of the night and the selection was excellent because I had first dibs from a recent delivery. Score!

The two younger people working were so kind and didn’t rush me. You can tell they also don’t rush the food orders so the food isn’t under or overcooked. I even had extra sauces in the bag. Can’t wait to order again!

this is my local Dunkin but I don’t really come offen. Ever since that day were I got my food and the worker got mad at me because I had AirPods in and told me to take they of in a rude form, that’s not how you keep a client.

We had to use the washroom and they claimed it wasn't working but I saw two employees go use one of the bathrooms so it makes me think there just too lazy to clean them so they say there not working

Don’t order birthday cakes at this location! I scheduled a birthday cake order, and they didn’t even make it! This is the second time that I ordered one and they hadn’t made it when I went to pick it up! They only want you to buy the cakes they have in-store with no dates. Horrible service and they didn’t even know what they were supposed to do.

An elderly Asian man wanted to use the restroom as a customer. His family asked the staff and was told that he could not use it. Later, other guests asked if they could use it. The staff actually took out the key and gave it to him! When asked why the staff did this, they did not apologize at all. Is it possible that Dukin is now treating people differently when using the restroom? Are they planning to go back to the quarantine period of 1950?

One of the worst customer service experiences that I’ve had.

My partner and me went to the counter immediately after our order was called. We were at the table right next to the pick up counter . The DD worker, who is an older Latina lady, took our food right as we got to the counter and proceeded to do other things. She came back to the order pick up area and we asked for the food. That’s when she began to blatantly yell at my partner and me. She was absolutely disrespectful .

My partner has told me that she is always like this and his friend confirmed this, regarding another time they had gone to this location. She needs an attitude adjustment and to not take out her anger on people.

We also waited over 20 minutes for them to take our food order and we had no one in the line in front of us. There was a long line behind us. They were behind getting orders ready. If someone should have been upset and acting rudely, it should have been us. However, we were the most patient and courteous.

The food tasted well and was served hot.

We’re never coming back to this DD location ever again.
