First time at this location. I wanted to try something other than my regular coffee. Order taker answered my questions but showed no welcoming spirit. The caramel cappuccino was tasty enough for me to return for another.

People come here to enjoy different beverages and spend money but they will not let you use their restroom. I came here bought a cup a coffee and heard the cashier tell two different customers two different lies about the bathroom. First the bathroom was out of order then they had misplaced the keys . Please take your business and hard earn money somewhere else

First time ordering at this DD location, bought and paid for a dozen(12pcs.) doughnuts but they only gave me 11pcs., they didn't want to deal with my complain. This place is truly a scam. I would not recommend this place to anyone, they do not acknowledge consumer rights.

Employee 93410 was outstanding!!! Best service I have received at ANY Dunkin donut shop throughout the USA and ive gone to MANY. She was very helpul in explaining the donut flavors and filings, professional and quick. I wanted to do the survey on the receipt but its just almost impossible to do so im doing my review here. Thank you so much employee 93410 you are exceptional. This girl deserves a raise!.

Went on a Friday evening in Nov around 8pm ordered a double chocolate donut and their speciality donut. I asked the worker, teenage girl, what the filling was for the speciality donut and she had no clue. She looked at the donut brochure that was on the wall to see the description but couldn't find it and couldn't tell me so regrettably I decided to buy it and it tasted terrible! The chocolate donut was stale and DRY. It was disgusting I threw it out. What a waste of $7 for both donuts. Do not recommend this location. Very disappointed.
