Takes forever

I don't understand why this shift is always slow. I come here everyday to get my ice coffee around 4:10 I see the other girls that are clocking out stop and always take my order but today I came in at my usual time and the afternoon people are just in the drive thru area standing there and talking to eachother while the other girls already leaving. One of them tells them that there are customers in the front waiting for their orders to be taken but they just ignore her and go back talking. If you don't want to work don't come in at all. This has never happend each time I come here at other times. The manager should start hiring people who actually want to work.

I didn’t like the service today bcuz I was in line thru and one of the workers pass on front on me and I tell her that it not fair that she do that bcuz we are client ordering and she that she work their and I tell her I don’t care we are client she can park an pick her order on the parking. She did care and I te old the other girl in the window she was only smile . And I tell her ok will report this .first is the client and her sorry ur service it not good

The past four times I’ve gotten my morning coffee it has been garbage. They ALWAYS forget something. Today it was the caramel. I’m paying for four pumps and there is not a trace of caramel in this coffee. This use to be my go to location but I’m good now. Morning staff never gets it right
