Horrible drive thru experience just now. First off I drive up to the speaker, no response after Ive waited quite a bit. Then I place my drink order only to realize shes not even listening cause shes repeating everthing incorrectly. I assume maybe its the speaker. When i get to the window i see its becasue shes too busy texting. She ends up handing me the wrong donuts. Turns out she decided to hand me whatever because they didnt have what i ordered. I guess you lose your choice of food once they are out.....??♀️. When i mentioned it to her she just snatched my bag with attitude then swapped it out without a word. No apology or acknowledgement of her poor service or ignorance. Terrible experience!

Horrible service. They repeated my order twice and still got it wrong I'm diabetic I clearly said no suger and they still put suger. Waited so long for this, very disappointing.

I made a mobile order at 9pm app said there was donuts available at the time, i get there and they tell me they don't have any donuts to come back to the next. I do night shift i was supposed to take donuts to work for a gathering. The manager gave me an attitude when i asked for a refund ? ? i asked for the receipt so i can try getting refund through app and she snatched it from the worker that was attending me at first, very unprofessional, never coming back
I was extremely dissatisfied with my overall experience at the Dunkin Donuts at the 5931 S. Kedzie Chicago, IL 60629 location. Your employees are extremely unprofessional. I have been buying Dunkin Donuts coffee for over ten years and never had any problems. We placed an On the Go order and made them aware at the drive thru speaker, the person on the speaker was nice and said "ok, thank you please pull up." When we arrived at the window, they did not recognize our order, so I repeated it, but with a hostile and snotty attitude she stated, "well! next time you have an On the Go order, say it at the window!," gave us our coffee, and closed the window in our faces. I wanted to say something, but she kept talking over us, with the window half opened. She must have been the shift manager because she appears to be training someone. She even referred to my husband as a "goofy ass" who says that? That is not how a Dunkin Donuts representative and trainer should treat a consumer. She was obviously having a rough morning, but because of how I was treated, I will never return to that location again.

Writing this, because when I say this is the worst place ever, I mean it. I hate coming here. From waiting over 8minutes just for them to take your order through drive through to them dragging their feet to make your order. They also have attitude! And I mean this EVERY TIME I am here at this location. I avoid this location as much as possible.
