Service was fantastic - everyone was eager to help with a smile and didn’t look like they wanted to die in the morning. My cashier was as festive as her nails were.
The Indian guy who calls himself Harry Potter went hard making the best $6 Meal Deal I’ve ever had. Perfectly fresh sandwich. Great cheese to egg ratio. Someone in front of me in line actually experienced the same exceeding of expectations from her sandwich made by Harry too.
The girls were super accommodating to make sure my coffee was perfect. I had like 100 questions.
Why not 5 stars? Because it was FREEZING in there. It’s a 12 degree day and the heater was inside. Literally everyone in line actually brought it up as well. The poor workers were all shivering even though they were already bundled up as they served. I don’t know whose bright idea it was to keep the place so stupid cold. I almost went to a different spot upon entrance just because of that. I know it wasn’t anyone working in the store because they told me they had no jurisdiction over the temperature. They respectfully took responsibility though. If it weren’t for the workers being so hospitable and warm, literally other people were about to walk out too. I overheard other customers saying they were going to stay but left because the cold. And I’m from Minnesota too. So it’s not like I’m just easily cold.
Also. In the back, one of the power sockets open don’t work.
But besides the dumbest tone-deaf interior temperature decision made by whoever, it’s clean, hospitable, and good product here.

Didn’t receive my 2nd or bagel minis, and asked for an extra shot of espresso and I asked if there was a shot because my iced latte looked like just cream, they said it was added but on the side of the cup there was nothing written for an extra shot espresso. Terrible service

regrettably I’m a regular here and the dude at the window is always super rude, but usually I don’t mind, it’s whatever I’ve been mad in a fast food kitchen before too (although this guy looks more like a manager or owner). after being told normally that one of the items in our order was wrong he snapped at us and said “you got what you ordered” in a few different ways to keep us from saying anything else, pretty lame I would recommend going to the one around the corner on ashland

Onky reason i come here is because ots 2 mins down the road..going to the one thats 15 mins away, they get the orders right

Ask for a refund nicely or exchange some donuts but the Indian employee saids no and says blah blah . the Indian employee treat me very bad , was my first time and last time going dunkin.Have 0 manners .i bet the food tastes like their attitude.such a shame
