Today is national free donut day. The promotion states try ANY PAIRING. It also doesn’t state that you are unable to choose. This location unfortunately restricts you to no options. Verbatim, “ we will select a random donut for you”.
Very unprofessional, slow and rude. Coffee is cold and watered down
Service , the people that are apparently serving the consumers are the worse I had ever experienced.
I was going to order food and caffe I just set down for a bit then suddenly the store supervisor came out and told me to leave believe I work sales and customer service and I know what it takes to get any and every business possible by treating the consumers with respect and professionalism . Just because some sit down for a bit super sor came and push consumer out not a good business savvy!
Today’s experience was frustrating. My matcha wasn’t mixed at all, and when I politely asked for it to be fixed, I was told ‘it always comes out that way,’ which isn’t true from my past visits in other places. I didn’t feel heard, and it was disappointing. On top of my drink not being properly made and being brushed off when I brought it up, my croissant was missing half the top layer. Not the kind of quality I expect.
They Are Scamming and Up charging At This Location! Go To Another Location You Will See a Big Difference, I Have Never Been To A More Terrible Dunkin Before. I was charged almost $7 for a SMALL blue raspberry coolata and when i asked why they tried to make it seem like it was a normal thing. I asked for a refund and when i did the manger asked why i said because it cost to much and showed her on my app that i order coolatas every day and they are usually 3.59 for the smalls and she said that her store is different but none the less 3 extra dollars on a drink that u buy everyday was insane.

I have been a regular customer at your location for the past few months and have generally been satisfied with my purchases. However, today's experience was extremely disappointing.I ordered my usual avocado toast with bacon and was horrified to find a small fried roach on the toast. This was incredibly disgusting and has left me feeling very uneasy about returning to your location.I understand that mistakes happen, but I urge you to take this matter seriously and implement stricter hygiene practices to ensure the safety and well-being of your customers.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I come to this place go through the drive-thru today made an order went to the window to pay and at the window I see you at the end of the driveway a person there waiting to see if they can get some change from a drive by customer I received my order I asked for coffee and some donuts so that I can give it to this person as it is 15° outside add some collecting these items
I'm told that they are on the timer and I feel that when is this type of weather that regardless of the timer there should be a level of dignity when helping out another human who doesn't have means of getting something to eat I hope they can keep that in perspective at the window they got paid for everything that I asked for so a timer shouldn't really be an object of conversation

They sold me a cold donut and when I went back in to tell them they said all the donuts are cold because of the AC. I don't know who likes cold and hard donuts but fine. I went back a second time for coffee and the girl who rang me up was talking about me in Spanish to the other lady. When I asked her if she was talking about me, she realized I understood Spanish and knew she was talking crap. All around horrible customer service and trash donuts. I was never once demanding or rude. I tried communicating an honest concern and even gave them my business again. Avoid this dunkin by all means. There's better ones out there.

I had a pleasant experience at Dunkin’ Donuts. The service was quick, the food was served hot, and the customer service was friendly and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and intend to return. Keep up the great work!

The service was extremely poor, the workers goofed off the entire time, there was flies everywhere, and my coffee tasted watered down and was WAY too expensive for the quality. Do not recommend and will not be coming back.

This Dunkin Donuts should change the name to Holy Moly Donut Shop. When you order you have to say hold the flies. Also if you ask for a pump of Carmel they charge 1.50 extra. Do not go here if you don’t like flies and extra charges.
