The lady taking orders is rude! She does way too much . She either needs a vacation or to simply find a job at the DMV where she can successfully continue her rudeness. She doesn’t give anyone an ounce of an ability to ask a question about an item or breathe she’s rude! She’s the loudest one there everyone knows who I’m talking about ! FIND A NEW JOB GIRL!

I would absolutely not recommend this Dunkin . when I walked in I proceeded to wait an extra 30 minutes while the drive-through was getting their line taken and orders right away at that point I felt like I should’ve just walked through the drive-through without a car. meanwhile, while I’m waiting for my order associate is in the bathroom and the other associates talk about how she needs toilet paper. They proceed to tell her use her fingers. Please keep in mind. I haven’t even got to order my food yet. I think the staff here is ridiculous and new people should be hired.

I have went to Dunkin’ Donuts yesterday and the Indian lady was taking my order. Her name is Lexi. They told me her name is Lexi she kept going over my order and rushing me to place my order and then when I got to the window there was a guys taking my money and when I was done paying trying to put my drink in the cupholder, she proceeded to tell me hurry hurry to go go, go cause of their timer very unprofessional rushing her employees to take my payment the guys was very nice by the way ! I would not recommend this place.
If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. I ordered a sparked berry drink and specified no Ice then had to for a second time remind her I did not want any ice on my drink. She rudely interrupted me saying “ yeah I got it” When I got to the window there was ice on my drink. I told them at the window I was told my drink would not have Ice. The rude Lady at the speaker then proceeded to yell at me and say “ Oh my God For three Ice cubes” When in fact it had more than 3 ice cubes and I asked her twice for no ice. She proceeded to yell rudely at me for something she was too lazzy to do. Do better. Stop yelling and being rude to customers because you are lazzy to do your job!
