We were walking and decided to go in and have a coffee. When we entered the first thing we saw was that the place is too dirty. The opening hours start at 8:00 am and we arrived at 8:15 am, which means that it should still be clean, which allowed me to conclude that they do not do good cleaning and if that is how it is with the place, I cannot imagine the hygiene. what they have with food.THE ATTENTION OF THE EMPLOYEES IS TERRIBLE. It was ordered in English (my English is not the best but I asked in a way that made me understand) then when they handed me the coffee I realized that it did not have a product on it that it was supposed to come with so I tried to explain in English and the employee did as if he didn't understand me and when I sit down to drink my coffee I realize that he speaks Spanish. That is to say, he could have collaborated with me and he didn't. IF YOU ARE A TOURIST I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT ENTER THIS LOCAL

This dunkin is garbage . I placed an order 20 minutes before a class , went to go pick it up and it hadn’t been made . I tried to ask the worker about it and he just stayed silent . Had to get a refund .

I strongly advise against visiting this location due to my personal experience of discrimination based on assumptions about my background. When I approached the order pick-up area, a woman started speaking to me in Spanish (though she spoke to other customers in English). Since I don't speak Spanish, I informed her about this, but she replied, “No Maria or Isabella mobile order here.” I responded “Thats not my name. I'm here for this order” I showed her my app to verify the name and order, but she responded, “No Maria or Isabella order here.” I thought there was a language barrier so I asked her if the staff handling mobile orders was unavailable, however she kept telling me there were no Maria or Isabella orders there. She pointed to another staff member, and I explained to the staff “She said Isabella and Maria orders aren’t here. Is she referring to a staff that is on break?” Even the other staff member questioned her “Who are Maria and Isabella?” The second staff apologized and made my drink order while the first woman threw my doughnut on the counter and giving the ugliest glare to both her coworker and me. Use strong caution against entering this establishment if you appear to speak Spanish but don’t, regardless of your ethnicity. Why make the assumption about my mane based on appearance? Why provide different service to me because I am different? it's disheartening that this kind of behavior still occurs with assumptions about one’s background and treating them differently.

Place is honestly terrible. Customer service is beyond bad. Nhe manager was missing f when I went in there on a Monday morning and no other employee could work the register. Corporate office would be embarrassed if they saw how this place was being ran. Especially in a location like this in the 3rd biggest city in America. Will never be back and I actually like Dunkin too.

Have never received the right drink here. They either say they are out of something needed or just refuse to make it. Giving me a free doughnut when that’s not what I wanted in the first place. Definitely don’t get an iced chai. All the mix is at the bottom and the rest of just milk. First sip and you are coughing on spiced syrup.

I work at a dunkin and know the basic builds for drinks. Every time I order I'm always told that I'm wrong when they give me the wrong drink. Today I came in and paid ahead for an iced cappuccino and came to a macchiato and when I told them it wasn't what I asked for, she told me I was wrong and all she did was mix it and pretended she gave me another drink. I'd go anywhere else but I go to school here and it's the only dunkin I can go to without being late for class. It's aggravating to know they're wrong and make it seem like it's me.
