Literally overcharged me for 3 bagels (when I just got 1) and then told me they couldn’t refund me because I used ApplePay.. how are your systems that antiquated that you can’t issue a refund? Get it together! When I asked for a cash refund instead, they said they weren’t able to with no real explanation.

Mohammad Saleem is usually there when I come in and he's always polite and a pleasure. Every member at this location seems to be great at the job but on top of that this guy is a joy to speak to every time I get coffee before work. Truly an underappreciated team.

The coffee must only be good earlier in the day. I've ordered twice and the coffee was weak not to mention the person serving was chewing tobacco or something and spitting in a cup....done with this location.

THANK YOU ? I had ordered online this morning, and I was tryna catch my bus. When I came in, they were busy and my sandwich wasn’t quite done, but i asked and the worker made it precisely and quickly. Super nice staff here. You could tell everything in my order was done by a perfectionist (from the wrapping, the drink, sandwich presentation, etc).

When we walked in, there was a very strong odor that I couldn’t quite identify. The donuts were not fresh (we ordered at 8:30am). We ordered chocolate sprinkle and Boston cream doughnuts. The texture of the dough was tough, stale, and they smelled like the burning, mechanical odor in the building. The workers were very friendly though and the place was extremely clean.

I placed an online order with the Dunkin closest to me. They were unfortunately and unexpectedly closed. I walked to another one that was a block away to ask if they would fulfill my order. They did not greet me and tried to take care of a customer who came in after me instead of taking my order first. I explained the situation to them. They let me know they could not fulfill my order because they are owned by a different company and different owner. It’s Dunkin Donuts, what do you mean?! I asked them how I solve this issue and they shrugged and began to take the order of the person behind me. I am not a dishonest person or rude so I was taken aback by the employees level of disregard and rudeness. I will NEVER frequent any Dunkin in the area again.

This was the WORST customer service I've ever had anywhere. We were the only ones in the store, and we ordered a dozen donuts. The lady working kept saying "come on" and "I'm listening" after ever 2-second pause in ordering. She would rudely roll her eyes and was complaining in Spanish the whole time because she didn't think we'd understand it. After all that, she didn't even get the right donuts or numbers of each kind. Find somewhere else with better service
